Order in the app. My order was made wrong. Had to wait to have remade. While I sat and waited new customer walked in and was... waited on before my order was remade. Ordered online and spent 45.05 and the order didnt go through and all i got was at 8:20 was the machine shuts down at 8:30 so... they wasnt doing anything. Read more

They make good sandwhiches. It really depends on what time of the day you order and who's working at the time. I like to call... ahead with my order that is a couple sandwiches exactly the same. Quick & easy order. I've had a couple phone encounters withsome girl working a couple times who seemed to be bothered & annoyed to take my order thru her demeanor and tone of voice rightfrom the get go of answering the phone. Almost making it clear they don't want the business so I ended up cancelling our ordertelling them I can go somewhere else which seemed to make her happy to hear. She sweetly said That's fine. Goodbye and hungup on me. I prefer to take my money $ business where I am welcome. Read more

I used to really go out of my way to come to this location. The service was always outstanding and my order was always... correct. Since the price increase to basically $10 a sub we have not visited. We had some extra money this week andsplurged. I couldn't be more disappointed. I made the order on the app. Left comments for sauce for two subs to be on theside. Then even called the store to be sure they knew the preference. I arrived an hour later. I inquired about the sauces andthe young guy who spoke to me frankly said the sauce was on the sandwiches and physically buffed when I said I had asked forthem on the side. I left. At home we found out we were missing a sub and it was replaced with an incorrect one and only thesubs with request for extra sauce had enough to even taste it. Do better guys. It takes a lot for me to think negative aboutan experience or mistake.... Now it will be another long time before I bother eating here again. Read more
