Absolutely loved the gelato, and the service was great. I tried 5 or 6 flavors before I decided on apple cider and pumpkin. The... pumpkin tasted like cheesecake and the applecider was one of the most unique flavors I've tried! Both were delicious It's asmall place so it gets crowded easily, but they have all locally sourced products and gifts with a Texas/Italian theme I loved! And cute tables outside with covering. More than gelato, they also have fresh packaged water buffalo meat and salami/sausageswith different flavorings; localized tea and soda; Texas made jams and jellies that were delectable and by far my favorite (Ibought 5 different flavors for a charcuterie board and we ate all of them); cheeses; and a small selection of cute mugs, waterbottles, and home good type things. They are pricy, but everything is now days, especially locally made things. Wouldhighly recommend if you're near Blanco! Read more

OroBianco is absolutely amazing! Without a doubt it should be on top of every visitors list of things to do in Blanco. Their... gelato is some of the best I have ever eaten. My wife and I spent three weeks in Italy this year and we were happy to get hometo Blanco so we could get our gelato fix from OroBianco. The 100% grass fed Water Buffalo milk and premium ingredients combinedwith small batch crafting turns out a superior quality product that just can?t be beat. Don?t forget to pick up some of theircheese and Salame to take home as well. We like the Ladybird bloomy rind. If you want to wow your friends and guests withoutstanding charcuterie and formaggio plates you can?t go wrong with their products. In addition the staff is always friendlyand courteous. The establishment is always clean and well maintained. It?s interesting to look through the glass windows behindthe counter to see their production area. We especially enjoy sitting on their covered patio in the afternoon while we enjoy ourgelato and sometimes get an espresso afterwards. They are definitely an asset to the local community and we couldn?t be happierthat they chose Blanco to open this amazing creamery. Read more

Randomly decided to drive through Blanco and stumbled upon this little gem for a cold treat! My daughter chose the peach flavor... which tasted like peach cobbler and my husband and I got pistachio and coffee. Creamy deliciousness here if you have a chanceit?s definitely worth the stop and meet these friendly folks running the place! Read more

Undoubtedly the best gelato experience I?ve ever had. Growing up in India, I grew up with drinking Buffalo milk every single... day. All those memories came back with the first bite into Gelato from this place. The natural sweetness and amazing texturesmakes you wanting more. If you?re in the area (or not), be sure to try it out! Stopped by for a quick dessert and to escape the heat after visiting the Lavender festival across the street. As soon as I... stepped foot in the door, lady working the gelato counter was extremely friendly and welcoming. She was very passionate aboutthe gelato and was happy to explain everything about the gelato, but also the meat, cheese, and coffee. She explained howeverything is made fresh in the open kitchen for you to see. After trying a few flavors, decided on the Pistachio and CitrusCrema gelato. The Citrus Crema was a surprise hit as I didn't plan on ordering it until I had a sample. I was hesitant aboutthe size of the 5oz not being large enough. However, she packed so much of both gelatos in the cup, that it was more thanplenty. Also, ordered an iced latte to stay hydrated. There's no tables inside, but there's plenty of covered sitting areas onthe patio and under the pergola outside. The gelato was extremely creamy, soft, and fresh. It wasn't too sweet as it tasted sonatural. The gelato was amazing, but the service was even better. Nice place to have a small dessert or coffee. I didn't lookclose enough, but hopefully they have small portions of meat, cheese, and crackers to eat onsite next time. Will definitely beback again. Read more

Super delicious, extra creamy. Pure ingredients. A fun environment in this quaint little shop. Glass windows allow you to peek... at the workers in the back while you are cheerfully served samples before deciding on what you'd like. The gentleman behind thecounter mentioned earl gray as reminiscent of fruit pebbles. Interestingly correct, but with that yummy background flavor oftea. I am not a big fan of tea but ended up choosing this flavor. Along with coffee. I splurged on two flavors but one is morethan enough to fill your heart and belly. A lighter flavor like the lemon with strawberry is a perfect combination. I was happyto learn about the buffalo milk and just seeing how authentic and pure everything is. There are other items to choose fromincluding cold cuts but we came for the gelato and will definitely be back! Read more

I love gelato and love trying different places to get some. Today while visiting Blanco we found Orobianco Italian... Creamery. The gelato is made using water buffalo milk and is very smooth and creamy. We had the citrus crema each, but I had alittle bit of coffee on top of mine. The staff is very friendly and made our visit feel welcomed. So delicious, we willdefinitely stop in again on our next visit through Blanco! Read more

This establishment is wonderful. The ice cream is truly creamy, focused on old world flavors such as pistachio and... hazelnut. They also cure their own meats and cheeses. Service is excellent and they have a fine, Italian coffee machine. Mysole complaint is the establishment is cramped. Excellent and worth a trip to Blanco. Read more
