Great brewery outside of town that is seriously massive! The grounds are huge, and appreciated, and shaded. Inside it's nice... and cool with plenty of beer to go around and great views from the second floor. Read more

Beer, gin, whisky, who?s complaining?!? If you have been here before 2021, the entrance (& grounds) have changed quite a bit.... Look for the sign (see my pic) that is the entrance now. San Saba will not get you there now. Anyway, the place has enjoyedquite a big expansion, though we didn?t explore it, you can see in the photos. There is also outdoor seating, at the top by themain ?brewery service area,? in a courtyard below, & in a beer garden. Cheers! Read more
Went here a couple of times. Had a Gin & Tonic from thier own made Gin was very good. Had the Skullberry beer 6.2 % made with... Strawberry IPA freaking delicious very light and smooth. The Squirt Gun Beer IPA of 6% one of the best beers had in awhile. Geta 12 Pack to go for the River. Have some fun here for sure, they do close early. Read more
A great brewery located about 45 miles from downtown Austin in Blanco, TX. Nice hill country drive to get to the place, lots of... beers on tap. A huge brewery as well and wonderful outdoor location to sit, relax and enjoy some of their refreshing beers. Justthat would have preferred the beers to be served in glass instead of plastic. I loved their bathroom, unique design and stylingof the stalls, naturally authentic and innovative. Read more
An amazing microbrewery! My husband and I visited last weekend as part of the Barks for Beer fundraiser. Friendly staff and... plenty of outdoor seating in the beautiful Hill Country environment. GF options (they make their own gin and whiskey). I had agin and tonic, which was delicious and beautiful (enhanced with dried citrus slices). My husband bought a bottle of the whiskeywhich, he loves. Even the outdoor bathrooms are cool. Real Ale should definitely be on your list of microbreweries to visit inCentral Texas! Oh, and they have cool merch! Read more
Amazing brewery and distillery. Friendly staff and beautiful property. I would HIGHLY recommend checking this one out. Food... truck areas and live music. Didn't get a chance to do the tour, but will definitely next time. Awesome place! Read more
