We placed an order on the app. We showed up at the time it was supposed to be ready and they were closed. There was no one in... sight and no one answered the phone. They charged us, but we never got the sandwiches. Read more
The gentleman who made our sandwiches was extremely patient when I messed up my order not once, not twice, but three times! ... Hey, I worked a 12 hour shift today at work! Overall great experience. Loved the food and the service is always incredible!
Let me start out with I love Subway but this location has some serious problems. They are always short staffed (which I get with... covid), they run out of bread by 6:30/7:00 and online orders aren?t ever ready at the time they say. I placed an online order 20minutes in advance, came to the restaurant for pickup 10 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready and have beenwaiting now for another 10 minutes for it to be completed. If you only staff one person a night for the dinner shift then whyeven have online ordering as an option if it won?t be ready. I would rather drive to a further location and have it ready rightaway than wait at my town location for 30 minutes. Boo Changing my review from 3 stars down to 1 because we went in today andthe guy working was sitting at a table on his phone when we walked in. When he finally got behind the counter, he didn?t washhis hands or put on gloves and started handing the meat and bread. We ended up getting such a bad vibe that we cancelled thesand which and walked out, better that than getting sick from whatever is on his hands.
