We placed an order on the app. We showed up at the time it was supposed to be ready and they were closed. There was no one in... sight and no one answered the phone. They charged us, but we never got the sandwiches. Read more

The gentleman who made our sandwiches was extremely patient when I messed up my order not once, not twice, but three times! ... Hey, I worked a 12 hour shift today at work! And he made everything okay. I?ll be going back to this Subway again, hopefullyafter a good nights rest and my head on my shoulders. (And not up my ?you know what?.) Read more

Let me start out with I love Subway but this location has some serious problems. They are always short staffed (which I get with... covid), they run out of bread by 6:30/7:00 and online orders aren?t ever ready at the time they say. I placed an online order 20minutes in advance, came to the restaurant for pickup 10 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready and have beenwaiting now for another 10 minutes for it to be completed. If you only staff one person a night for the dinner shift then whyeven have online ordering as an option if it won?t be ready. I would rather drive to a further location and have it ready rightaway than wait at my town location for 30 minutes. Boo Changing my review from 3 stars down to 1 because we went in today andthe guy working was sitting at a table on his phone when we walked in. When he finally got behind the counter, he didn?t washhis hands or put on gloves and started handing the meat and bread. We ended up getting such a bad vibe that we cancelled thesand which and walked out, better that than getting sick from whatever is on his hands. To make it better, the meat and bread hewas going to use was put back in the container with the rest. Ew. Read more

Not one, not two, but three long strands of hair in my sandwich!! One in my sons. I literally fell asleep from how long she took... to make my order. I even finished my chips and a drink before we were able to get our order started, and we ordered through theapp. Then we were looking around the establishment and theres this camera that was made at the crack of time. The food was notfresh, it was stale, and the cheese seemed like plastic. I feel like the poor girl working here does her best but, seriously,we will not be back. Ever. Even if the owner does come out and clean the place. Read more

Staff was super friendly and fast with our order. The idea that you can get your sub turned into a salad is really awesome.... Stopping here was perfect while visiting from out of town. A good location for this restaurant it is not too far from the hoteland other attractions in the area. Read more

Subway, as expected. 5-stars for the young man running the store solo: the most polite and professional teenager I have met... in...well, since this generation has been producing teenagers. The store was crowded and the line was long: He remained cool asa cucumber, welcoming, and patient. He did not rush; rather, he satisfied each customer's sandwich build with care. This guy iswhy nobody complained about the wait - his demeanor, his presence, his sandwiches: Owners, please give this young man araise!
