I went through the drive thru and asked for a few to look at the menu to decide what me and the rest of the car wanted. I was... "greeted" by a rude child with an attitude telling me that he was on a time limit and I need to order now (by the way, no oneelse was in line). I said I just need a minute and he continued to give an attitude. We decided to leave and when I drove aroundthe side of the building the child leaned out the drive thru window and scream profanity at me. I WILL NEVER stop at this Dunkinever again!!!! Read more

The staff is unprofessional-the girl laughing as the boy is saying everything they don't have. At 10 am, they had no donut... selection. Even though it says dine-in, it's a drive-thru only. Do NOT stop at this location! There's another very nice DunkinDonuts located after the two roundabouts on Famers Dr, Fleetwood, PA! Friendly staff and fresh food! Read more
This is my third time here, the first 2 times it was good i ordered coffee. This time around i ordered a coffee with a wake up... wrap. As i drove to the pick up window i paid for my order and was told by the guy who looked like he just woke up to move up.Which i found weird because i was the only person there. The coffee came out 2 minutes later. I told the young lady i had thewake up wrap and she said ill be right out hes making it now. I literally waited almost 10 mins before i just decided to leavebecause if i dint ill be late for work. While on the road i took a sip of my coffee and it taste like its been sitting theresince last night. Very disapointing. Read more

How is this place still in business? I tried again after not visiting for a long time since they would consistently get orders... wrong. This morning I went for a bagel, they were out of veggie cream cheese. Ordered it toasted with plain instead, get homeand it?s cold and soft with about a spoonful worth of cream cheese. Mind you, I don?t like too much cream cheese on a bagel, itcan be overwhelming some places. This looked like they scraped the bin to get by. Placed an order on mobile app 24 hrs in advanced for a party needed 3 dozen glazed donuts (This seams like a reasonable ask for... a donut shop). I got there and no donuts, all out and no communication ahead of time. Also they charged me for them! Said Ineed to call the corporate line to be refunded (made me late for the kids party). Over a week later no refund and I called 4time and on hold over 2 hours combined. Then they say I need to be refunded by the store!! I was told at the store Theycouldn't. This is unacceptable for something as simple as a refund. This is not the only time they messed up at this location.Never again I will give my business elsewhere. Read more
