Thank you Applebee's for all the great meals and memories I had with my at your great restaurants before she passed! The lunch I... had with my sister was one of the great 2 for meals and my sister made me take the second meal home to eat for dinner the nextday, so I got 2 great dinners in 2 days! Considering what you pay for at a fast food or pizza place, you're better off getting agreat meal deal or whatever from Applebee's menu, definitely a much better option to fast food or pizza! I have to admit that Ihave not even tried everything yet on the Applebee's menu! I bet you end up wanting to try everything too! I get the chicken wonton tacos all the time delivered. They are 10 times better fresh as most things are. Love the chicken... tenders always tender and jucy. Get you some. Read more
Worst food ever. Both orders were wrong and food was included that we didn?t ask for. Server charged me separately for a soda... and a double shot because ?she didn?t know how to ring in a double? and clearly wasn?t intelligent enough to ask the bartenderstanding in front of her how to do it, much less anyone else. Food was unseasoned and gross- seems to be a trend with thisparticular location as the other 2 times I have been there, the food was just as bad if not worse. Server was also gettingorders wrong at the tables around us. When I asked for my food to be taken off the bill, she said ?it was terrible wasn?t it??That?s some great respect for your establishment isn?t it? The hostess also had an attitude and couldn?t care less that wewalked in, and then was very short with us when we asked for a booth for 2. Unfortunately, Our Applebee's experience was less than good. The server was great but the food was so awful. Everything was... over cooked, undercooked or completely different than menu description. Manager attempted to resolve by offering to "personallyremake the food", which we declined. One of our 3 awful dishes were removed from our bill. To be clear- the service here wasnot the issue at all. It was the food. Which is the entire reason we pay $20+ a plate- to enjoy delicious food that we don'thave to cook ourselves. With rising costs everywhere and assumptions of not wanting to waste money on below par food...avoidthis place untill they get their kitchen and menu under control. What a waste of $80!! Read more
Service was horrendous, waitress was very poor with communication and kind of unwelcoming. I know you can?t blame the servers... because the kitchen responsible for the hour long wait it took to get our food which was way less than sub par, but our servernever asked if we wanted refills and/or how our food was like how they do at almost every other restaurant I?ve ever been to.They at least once tried to walk by our table pretending like we weren?t there so she didn?t have to talk to us. Not to mentionthey were out of regular French fries so they gave me waffle fries and didn?t mention it was going to be an up charge. By farthe worst experience I?ve ever had at a restaurant, I think the CEO should come to this restaurant and set thing?s straight.Plus I paid $5.69 to add flipping shrimp to my dish!!!!!!! Read more

Service was the slowest it ever was.... restaurant was super slow. 4 other families came in after us ate, and left before we... even got our food. It wasn't complicated either. A burger and fingers. The lady that seated us was super sweet, Hispanicwaitress who gave us our food (the other waitress, not ours) super sweet , our took forever. Never took the direct route. Theblue Hawaiian didn't taste right either. Definitely not a good lunch today. Best part was the dessert. Read more
I will NEVER patronize a business that takes over an hour to restock soap in the women's restroom after I've expressed a want to... wash my hands properly. Your staff is gross to uphold these lacking standards. And furthermore you are entirely lucky I didn'truin Everyone's experience especially with a Bills game occurring, to share the knowledge then and there that several of yourfemale staff members went in and out of that bathroom without washing their hands because there was absolutely no soap. Addinginsult to injury, I, a customer physically removed the empty soap pod and LEFT IT IN THE OPEN, hoping your staff would havecommon sense and self respect to replace it. Nasty. NOT DONE YET. Upon the first visit to the bathroom to encounter this issue,your hostess was taking a quite unpleasent sounding dump, only to leave out after and go directly back to work and TOUCHEVERYONE'S MENUS, UTENSILS, WHAT HAVE YOU. I, a female had to go the lengths of washing my hands in the men's bathroom becauseyour staff neglected to be prepared to uphold BASIC REGULATORY HEALTH STANDARDS and actually get a move on it once it wasbrought to their attention(s) ?!?!?!?!? I can only imagine what this cold and flu season will be like, and I unfortunatelycan't say I feel bad for your business, but I do feel bad for all the people who might be affected due to the collective numberof adult individuals; females and males alike among your staff who disregard basic compulsion to want to not have possibly dirtyhands after wiping themselves or touching the same surfaces as someone who has and hasn't cleaned themselves even mildly?Disgusting.
