Very interesting experience. My friends and I were visiting Buffalo for a concert, and this was the choice for dinner. They said... the pizza would take about 30 mins, and when we arrived they made us wait more time. We decided to order a large because therewas 4 of us, big mistake, This pizza was HUGE. Even though we made the mistake of ordering a large pizza it fed us for the next4 meals and it was quite tasty. Read more

Worst chicken finger sub of my life. Requested no tomatoes - got tomatoes. Requested blue cheese - not a drop of blue cheese.... Interesting combination of a dry sub with soggy bread. I?ll be sticking to pizza from now on. Read more

Tried to place an order online this evening and was unable to redeem rewards for a free medium pizza. Called store they took the... order over the phone and said they would redeem the rewards for us when we picked up. When we got to the store they couldn't seeany rewards on our account, staff at the counter tried his best and went to the owner to ask for assistance. Owner didn't comeover to assist and told staff there is nothing he could do as it was online points. Personally I have ran several retailestablishments as the general manager, and have had the same issue arise in the past at my businesses with customers accountsnot reconciling between the web and at the store level. In each case I have spoken with the customer personally, removed thecost of the item that was to be redeemed for rewards and apologized for the inconvenience. The owners lack of attention to thematter was a textbook example of not caring about the customer, as he was busy and couldn't be bothered. Training is necessaryfor this "leader" on how to truly be a leader and live the level of service he wants his staff to display on a daily basis. Read more

This company double charged my card then i was told they don?t do refunds but they can give me a credit which was fine however... when i went to use the credit they told me i have to use the credit on 2 slices of pizza which makes no sense if you overchargedmy card why can?t i use the amount you overcharged my card on whatever i want ?? !!!!! Don't Order From This Place !!!!! This place makes pizza to thier standards and expect you to love it, when it not made... correctly. Don't waste your money. If they mess up the food, they give you a credit and expect you to use the credit on the samefood they didn't make properly the first time. Waste of money.
