We had a car full of people at 6am right when the tim hortons opened. There was a line of cars and they got all of the cars... quickly. Randy helped us and his costumer service was 10/10. Very pleasant for so early. Read more
UPDATE: Was there yesterday and they have an entirely new staff.. Very friendly and accommodating. Nice pleasant... experience. This Tim Horton"s has some of the nastiest and rudest employees including the store manager, and I have been tomany of the area Tim Horton's. They scream at you when ordering and use the most arrogant condescending tones when interactingwith patrons.. They need to brush up on their customer service skills. They are a group of females who are just plain miserableand need to know that without the paying customer they would not have a paycheck.. Bunch of trash...take our the garbage Mr. OrMs. Owner. Worst customer service I've had in a while. I've never been to a Tim Hortons before, and was trying to read the menu when the... overly abrasive and rude employee never once identified herself or thanked us for dining there, and kept demanding an order andtrying to hurry me through....even though there were no other customers waiting to be served at the drive-thru or inside. Thesnide, demeaning attitude she presented was very off-putting as she kept asking "Are you done yet??" Welcome to NY, I guess. I'msorry if doing YOUR JOB is an inconvenience, but do you want a paycheck, or not? Try some manners and patience, lady. Then, totop it off, she screwed up the order and failed to give us part of what we paid for. She also didn't provide us with a copy ofthe receipt so I could do the survey for the Timbits, not to mention the fact I old-school track expenses with my receipts. Foodwas good, but not good enough for me to return here. Overall, very disappointed with this establishment and their customerservice. I do not recommend eating here. Read more
