Little Known Gem in Rockland | Best Food Truck grub we've found in Rockland county, period!! We get takeout from them a few... times per month. Amazing food and great value! I highly recommend the "Blackend Chicken" but my wife and daughter love the"French Onion Grilled Cheese" and Beyond Burger. I don't care for the tater tots but both my kids love them. Only negative isthere is sometimes a line but always very fast & friendly service! Sucks they are in Blauvelt & we live in Valley Cottage (theyare just South of the Nissan dealership on Rte 303 but well worth the trip). We also we love all of their, made from scratch,homemade sauces - Esp their "Bulldog" sauce and honey mustard. Highly recommended! Read more
I drove 30 minutes with the kiddos to have lunch with my husband here. He raves about this food truck and their delicious... sandwiches which he enjoys on a weekly basis. Well I had to try for myself and they did not disappoint! Everything was freshand delicious. Their sauces are amazing too. I will definitely be back for more! ???? Read more

Delicious food! We are a fan of AJ's sandwiches and they don't disappoint! The tots are very crunchy and the bulldog sauce is... fantastic! They are generous with the sauce sizes, as well. I got the vegetable wrap and has goat cheese. I'll definitely beback. Read more
Delicious!! Love this place! I can't say enough about the food or the staff. AJ is a fabulous chef and his homemade dressings... are outstanding and the portions are enough for two meals. Even the gluten free wrap doesn't taste like cardboard! I highlyrecommend Gracie's! Read more
