Ordered an all Canadian with no Tomatoes due to allergies with scrambled eggs. I had to return my eggs as they were not even... close to considered scrambled and I had tomatoes on my plate. I returned my breakfast after taking 45 mins to get it in thefirst place. My second breakfast the eggs had shells my bacon was raw they forgot the hashbrown and sausage. I came to your Valley location. I ordered a Teen Combo with fries and a root beer. My order number is #423. Time ordered:5:49:49... pm I asked for no onions, Mayonnaise on the lettuce and tomato side Mustard and ketchup on the Meat side. ??? I had to repeatmyself four times On previous visits when I ordered the Teen Burger all the condiments were poured all on one side in onespot. The meat looked like it was glued to the bare bun. It looked gross with a "gummed up" bun. I did not get any pickles andsee on the receipt it says No Onions, No Pickles. - The items making up the Combo were priced individually. This tells me I didnot get the Teen COMBO Price. Cost of this meal cost $12.75. There was no serviettes in the bag. I believe all customers needat least 3 services. In order to do this report, I had to stop, pull over and take the time to look after this Feed BackReport. Please train staff properly. And set clear instructions to ask if salt and pepper are needed. Instruct serviettes beautomatically included. Read more
