Staff is great, management is poor, internet is unreliable. I say management is poor because this is a baseline function that... should be available. I went to pita pit for that reason to use wifi and access a healthy lunch while I answer emails.. insteadof burning my data.. only several occasions I have witnessed poor management because they understaff. Understaffing stresses outthe one worker or two that are working. You cannot expect 2 people to do the job of 3 while handling orders. Either pay themmore or hire more people. Disgusting treatment of staff by management. Won't be going to pitapit any more.. I'll gladly goelsewhere for lunch rather than support this establishment. Read more
Clean place with friendly staff and good tasting food
I visit the Val Caron location quite often for lunch. The staff is always kind and courteous and the food is always great!
I totally understand that we have COVID restrictions when it comes to ordering takeout. Given the circumstances i sent my kids... to pickup and order our meals . Our orders had beef so they did not have meat/they ran out of beef for our pita...my kidsdecided to order with chicken and it came so dry...it was not edible...my pita had hardly any sauce.very disappointed with thekids working at this pita pit! Food was great. Service not so much. The poor guy was working solo at 6pm on a Saturday. There were about 4 people ahead of me... and 3 behind. It took roughly 20+ mins for my order (4 pitas). When another customer asked the guy why he was alone tonight hementioned that they always work alone and that he had been alone since noon. Definitely not the way to run a business! Customersshouldn't have to suffer because of cheap business owners. I've never been to a Pita Pit location where there was only 1 personworking at a peak time. I feel bad for any of the employees here if they truly do have to work alone all the time. If you're ina rush and it's lunch or dinner time I'd say go elsewhere! Read more
Love it! I have to eat gluten-free and their g/f pita is not bad at all! Definitely going back :)
I have no issue with Pita Pit as a franchise, but this location is not the best. They skimp on toppings so you end up with a... pretty empty pita. Otherwise the food is alright, kind of over priced for what you get. Read more
Food gave me poisoning, tried to call establishment several times. No answer. Used to work at pitapit.. must say, the vegetables... didn't look great and I should have known better. Do not recommend and will not be returning. Read more
