I lt feels silly to give 5 stars to a pizza company in the corner of a strip mall, but this is, my FAVOURITE PIZZA in the actual... world. I live about 2000km away now, but when I come home in the summers or at Christmas, I ALWAYS stop in for a slice. Ordering a pizza is good too, but there is just something about the slices in their hot case window. Its the right size,thickness, right amount of cheese and other toppings.... it just has such an awesome texture. I understand that there are manythings that are used to grade the quality of pizza, and I dont care about any of them I cant say whether or not this is theworld's "best pizza", but it is definitely my favorite Read more
This is my favorite pizza place hands down, I'm orginally from the valley and grew up on this pizza; I now live in the city but... I take the drive out there just for this place. The staff is always friendly with me and you can never beat the price. Read more
Very rarely will you actually get sauce on your pizza. This is the third time in a row that my family has ordered a pizza, and... got a hollow pizza with zero sauce to accompany it. You end up eating cooked cheese with Pepperonis that are burnt to a crisp.Not to mention the lack of cutting is annoying to deal with every now and then. All though we have gotten some good pizza's ona sunny day, which is the only reason why im giving it two stars instead of one. Read more
Let me begin by saying that this review is for the valley location only; I've never been to the other location. I have always... loved Pizza Pazzazz and I am a longtime customer. My friend's parents used to own the valley location, and I've been a supporterof this business ever since. So it pains me to leave a negative review. However ... my order is, more often than not, wrong.Every time I order my pizza with peppers, they put onions instead of peppers. Every time! This has happened 5 times now and Ican't express how frustrating it is. Also, as another person has mentioned, the slices aren't cut all the way through, so yourpizza more often than not ends up a broken mess trying to take apart the slices. I've learned now that I need to just cut itmyself, but really, the customers shouldn't have to. As well, we often order pizzas with some toppings only on half. It's clearthat they just throw the toppings on without paying much attention, because usually they're on more like 3/4 of the pizza thanonly half. If you have fussy eaters in your family (a.k.a. kids), it's pretty frustrating to have to pick off all the toppingsthat shouldn't be on that side of the pizza in the first place. I will say that the pizza is very tasty and the prices are good.Unfortunately, we've had more negative ordering experiences than positive ones lately. Read more
Being from down south I have always been underwhelmed by the majority of local pizza places I have tried struggling to find a... good spot, though I have found a couple. Chain store pizza is usually overpriced and not appetizing at all, and most of the theothers were just mediocre. Decided to give Pizza Pazzaz a try for the first time and was extremely impressed! The pizza wascooked perfectly, dough consistency was great, was not greasy at all (especially for being double cheese/peppeoni), the saucewas on point, and each slice just made me crave another! Great customer service, friendly staff. Definitely recommend this spotand will be a returning customer! Read more
