My girlfriend happen to place a mobile order, that wasn?t sent to the A&W location. The order didn?t process because our home... exceeded the radius of the A&W, as per the GPS. That?s not my problem, in fact if we knew that, we wouldn?t have placed theorder, considering she didn?t wish to go to the restaurant. It?s what happened after the fact I explained, she won?t be leavingthe house - I just wish to cancel the order, reorder the same order and pay. The attended, wasn?t happy with my wishes &expressed the loss of patience by aggressively hitting buttons on the register, being ?short? with me, and overall shifted thevibe from being welcoming and positive, to condescending and negative. The breakfast is amazing. Unlike other chains that only offer morning sandwiches and coffee, they have a full course with butter... toast, eggs, coffee and juice. Condiments are of your choice and you can have a real breakfast here to brighten your day. Read more
This place is clean but there wuz food on the floor in some spots. Fast service, the onion rings were delicious but the burgers... are very dry and thin. It is hard to find a good quality hamburger....Fat Burger has the best fresh burgers that I have everhad!!! Read more
My food was fresh and hot so don't keep it warm in the counter for 45 minutes. And I didn't have to wait long for my food.
