Food is sub par and good luck trying to find it open. Tried to go there just before 5pm and the were closing at 5 and were not... taking orders. Think they would try to get some of the supper rush. Saw 4 vehicle including my own leave and go to a neighboringestablishment. Read more
Advertise as charbroiled but I definitely did not have a charbroiled hamburger. Waited 10 minutes the fries were cold and then... hamburger was mush. I miss the old Hardee's. Read more
I have stopped multiple times right after 7:30 pm during the week and the door is already locked. It says they close at 8:00.... Maybe they need to change the schedule that they close at 7 or 7:30. Disappointed. Oh well McDonald's down the street was open. Read more
I haven't been to Hardee's in quite some time but I was glad that we all stopped in. We had a great lunch and we're able to sit... and visit and catch up with each other. Thanks Hardee's for a great lunch experience with family! Read more
Employees can?t hear you in drive thru, constantly asking us to repeat the order, then accuse customer of getting an attitude... and when speaking louder. Maybe if you have to switch to three different employees and still can?t understand customers speakingup you should replace your drive thru speaker from when you first opened. This has happened MANY times at this location.Employees turn extremely rude for us simply speaking louder. Like many other reviews, order was not right. I ordered the super star meal, was great. Not a mushy mess like many fast food chains call food. This burger had great taste,... great quality vegetables. Funny thing happened while we were inside dining, one of the staff had subway delivered to her by afriend. Seemed funny to see her rushing thru the dining room with subway sandwich But other than that great experience. This place took a nose dive from 3 years ago. What I ordered, a monster burger with no sauce, regular fries, vanilla shake, ten... piece chicken tenders with regular fries lemonade. What I got... A cheeseburger with all sauces, curly fries And a chickensandwich. ???? Read more
Normally I don?t comment but burger was good,service was awful got my order wrong then when I kindly told them they were rude... about it not to mention the loud lady yelling numbers and when the person didn?t jump up she got mean. Then left my food on thetable to use the restroom and it was thrown away. Probably won?t ever eat here again Read more
