Normally no problem with delivery. But today, I ordered at 8:18pm and food didn?t get delivered until 9:45pm. Called store... they kept saying driver will arrive in 2 minutes, not the case. Finally, driver pulled up and I asked why it took so long, hereplied by ?I don?t know?, walked away without payment. He noticed he forgot payment when he probably got back to the store andkept calling repeatedly while we were eating the cold pizza, to advise he is coming to pick up payment. He should of answeredmy question properly when asked and collected the money. Mind you, dominos delivery within 45 minutes or free, that?s a joke nottrue. I called store to speak to manager, they don?t pick up the phones. I will be reaching out to corporate as well. Read more
I ordered a pizza to be picked up curbside and I had ordered ahead of time by 3 hours. I called after placing the order because... there was no space to put any additional instructions, and I asked if it would be possible to shape my pizza as a heart. The manon the phone didn't understand what I meant and put me on with someone else who said that they didn't have the supplies to makethe request.. but it's pizza dough, you should easily be able to change the shape. By the time I tried to ask why they couldn'tshape the dough different she had already hung up on me. It isn't a hard request especially with advanced notice, disappointing.I had spoken to someone there before who did a special shaped pizza for me with no question and it was 1 hour before I neededit. I don't know what the issue is now. Maybe they just didn't want to take the extra few minutes. Read more
If I could rate this Domino's 0 stars I absolutely would. They are VERY unprofessional. I had the worst experience with their... delivery driver who got upset with me for telling him to leave my food at my door. He wanted me to come to his car and get thefood, as if I didn't pay for my food to be delivered to my door. When I asked for his name he refused to give me it severaltimes and continued to ask me why. Not to mention he gave me the wrong pizza, took it back and ran to his car to switch the"correct" pizza after opening both multiple times. I then drove to the store myself to give it back and receive a refundbecause I refuse to eat a burned up cookie/brownie pie and a pizza that was opened multiple times. He could have done anythingto it while he was in is car switching it especially considering his demeanor and attitude. It was honestly UNREAL. Inconclusion, never again will I order from this dominos. Honestly, its a hit or miss with this location. Read more
Ordered pizza and I got it hot and fresh. Also free Deep Dish pizza. I really prefer the thin crust I think they do it the best!... They did miss the hot sauce but it?s all good think I have some at home. Read more
I called on the day they got my order wrong, the person who answered phone told me that when you are ready we'll correct it, I... said ok thank you. I call to order a next meal for my kids, the young lady who answered was polite, I said to her may I speak toyour manager, when he came on the phone I explained what had happened I even told him I had a picture, this reply was it hasbeen 20 days, my reply no one told me there was a time limit, then he said that too long. I said ok I see where this is going. Iordered a meal for my kids got to the store checked all my order and told them I don't need to cheat for a pizza when Domino's piece of the pie give it FREE. The worst dominoes and dominoes experience ever. They don't like to assist customers, lie to you over the phone, and steal your... money. Never again will I ever be a patron at dominoes ever due to this. Read more
