This place is pathetic. Arrived at 5:30 to order an iced coffee. Although hours are posted until 8:00pm I was told very rudely... they were not serving customers because they were cleaning. In addition and I believe her name was Jasmine slammed the window inmy face when I questioned her for the managers name. Can?t wait for Starbucks drive thru to be open. No receipt was given. Then order was wrong and repeated 3x. Up there with some of the worst Dunkin experiences I've ever had and... I don't historically complain or get great service regularly. Read more

My sister wanted the special cold brew.. while the young man was pleasant, mybsister loved her drink, the drive through... speaker was not working properly. We could both hear about every other word. If it wasn't for thst it would have been a fivestar rating. A lot slower because of that. Read more

Glad they was open early. But the order taker had a slight attitude, didn't understand my order at all. Everything I order came... out ok but they was very lazy and unprofessional. I asked for a coffee with half hot chocolate they said ok but still gave me acoffee with no hot chocolate. Then when I told them about it the lady got a lil upset about it. This Dunkin Donuts has been substandard for quite a while. There is no sense of urgency by most of the employees not all.... District management is aware of issues in his absent from his location. Management is aware of the issues regarding badattitude, slow service, lack of cleanliness, proper hair protection not being used when working in food service been a host ofother issues that they are aware of.
