Worst Dunkin Donuts in the state of Connecticut maybe in the country. After waiting a day/half in the drive through I was... greeted by a grinch at the window staring at me wondering why I ordered a breakfast sandwich at 8 AM at the drive throughbecause apparently everyone in line just orders coffee; which is quite puzzling since the line felt like it stretched two townsover with the population of NYC working inside. Maybe just zombies? Never giving my money to this location again. If there werenegative stars I'd dish them out in a heartbeat. Read more
Good all there food was great can't complain
Went thru drive thru...very busy....cashier was very pleasant and cheerful!
The employees here are a joke. Get new staff. Today was ridiculous and still didn't get my coffee
The attitude here is horrible! Customer service terrible you all act like the customer did something wrong. Conversation going... on in the back not greetings customers can't even say Thank you ! You all need Mrs Rhonda from Albany Dunkin to train you all.Who is managing this DD? They constantly mess up orders. Horrible workers they act as if you owe them something I can today at 03:51 and waited till they open! I pulled up to the... drive through at 4 and waited till 4:15 patiently the woman talking to me on the mic at the drive through was very rude andrushing me as if I didn?t wait 15min for them to get organized if your advertising you open at 4 show up at 3:30 and actuallystart serving at 4 with a smile or go find a warehouse job Read more
Friendly and Prompt Staff. DD standard quality Joe. Clean store and bathroom. The fish tank is a nice feature.
I do believe Dunkin has the best coffee. This little place is really nice! Has a warm fireplace and a TV screen which I watched... the old Shirley Temple movie, Heidi. Read more
