Just left there. The braided hair girl at the window leaves a lot to be desired and I will no longer go here. When I go to these... places and they are no black people working there I feel bad..but deep down I know why we or our kids aren't desirable hires. Wehave no manners and are rude. Perhaps she is just that way all the time but that is her problem. I will no longer be goinghere. Its not worth the drive or seeing all the trash in the area. Read more
Location is convenient, but from my experience, it is not on par with other Dunkin?s in Hartford area. Multiple times missed... items, wrong items ? Almost everything I get here comes out fresh, and the employees are generally friendly ? still, not as goodservice as the Dunkin on 760 Park or Blue Hills? I also think it?s funny that they built a drive-thru only restaurant acrossfrom where they?re also building a low income apartment complex (where many tenants will not have cars), but that doesn?t reallyhave to do with Dunkin. Once in a blue moon I stop n get 2 doz assorted NO sprinkles..well... this is the 3rd time that I tried this place..mind you there was a car still in front of the speaker..but his order was alreadydone..my car was behind..I can clearly hear a young lady screaming how can I help you..but I'm like clearly she see or know thesame person still sitting there..so it's said again..but louder an with attitude..said again but this time yelling..so the carinfront of me finally is able to pull up so I can get to the speaker..an I say gm an what my order is..I hear "what kind ofdonuts you want"?..So I repeat my order ..an told my total..only to get to the window ,pay for my order an have the boxes shovedat me..by this point I'm boiling..so I drive off just to get down the street an something told me check the boxes..well I didcheck..and they gave me 2 doz donuts with sprinkles..Tried calling..but of course nobody answered..Never again!!!! I will never go to this location again or recommend anyone to this location. Their service is absolutely horrible. The attitudes... of the employees are terrible. They seem like they don't even want to be there. They never anything and always out of stock. Thefood looks thrown together and the drinks look rushed with too much ice. Read more
I just ordered a cheddar bagel twist from here and they asked me if I wanted cream cheese and for it to be warmed up. I... proceeded to say yes I would. When I got home. There was no cream cheese in the bag at all. Now I thought for a bagel twist itautomatically comes with cream cheese. I just would like for people to be more aware of puting orders in correctly and actuallygiving our whole order we asked for. I would like to add that it was not busy when I went. Read more
Horrible service, Today is December 28, 2020 I went through the drive-through and ordered a two for five croissant and a hot... coffee, my croissant was Badly burnt so I went back to the drive-through and told them that it was burnt and if I could get anew one and they gave me two croissants bread with nothing on it...... This is for the new Dunkin quick bite on Cottage grove road in Bloomfield ct. This s a drive thru only facility . Why they have... handicapped spots escapes me. It caused me to actually park and look for an entrance . It does say drive thru on the sigh butsuggest more eye level signage would be a good idea. Once you understand that then frequenting this place becomes easier. Thestaff is always courteous and have good customer interaction . The orders I?ve placed have been quick ready when I got to thewindow. Whether it be food or drink , the offerings I?ve tried have been great. Read more
