Food was good. I have no idea who my server was though. Took a long time to get the food. Coffee was pretty bad. It was the... first time I've ever gotten bad coffee at IHOP. I wasn't too happy with the cleanliness. Think they might not have enough stafffor the size of the restaurant so when it gets busy, things get neglected. Read more
A long wait line and you have to sit down make sure you come early to IHOP cuz a lot of people coming especially coming from... church we got to wait 20 minutes customer service is okay but they should have like a system to know when they call your name they do good business food is delicious. Rose the manager was not nice to African Americans she let Hispanic guest in and told African Americans they would need to wait... about 1 hour. She let me in because I asked her what is your name? Also, I took a picture of the empty restaurant. Rose shouldbe fired for her behavior. Read more
Rosa the greeter I think the manager also was very rude. I understand the kitchen was short staffed. When we came in she yelled... at everybody I said it'll be a 10 minute wait I'll be back in 10 minutes. It was how she said it. The wait staff was wonderful.Very polite. Miss Rosa needs more training. Read more
We arrived about 9am and we were surprised that there weren't more people there. Within about 20 minutes the place was crowded.... I ordered the spinach and Mushroom omelette and buttermilk pancakes. YUM ????. IHOP always pleases. Read more
2nd time and even worse results. We originally went to this ihop about 3 years ago. We have family close by and we were... traveling from NYC so we decided to stop for breakfast. It was the longest wait for breakfast we have ever experienced. Flashahead to now. We arrived and got seated fairly quickly. The waiting staff was good however even they were frustrated. Everyonewas very upset because after taking our order we didn't get it for over an hour!! Not anything fancy, no steak or chicken.Breakfast food! Pancakes! Over an hour!! IHOP is good. But not great. There bacon makes a horrible after taste in my mouth. But there food before the after taste is... really good there burgers and onion rings are DELICIOUS. They are like heaven but better. And there milkshake are BOMB ????????. I love them. They takes like 50 minutes to get my food tho. But I like IHOP. Just be careful for rude customers oremployees. I asked for plain french toast with cinnamon and got gingersnap French toast that had raspberry and some kind of chunks on it... and was charged $11.49 for their mix up. They forgot my eggs, butter was cold. No kind of apology. Thumbs down on CustomerService ???????? Read more
