Holy cow. We've been eating carry out from here since covid and always enjoyed our meals. Today was our first time eating in the... restaurant and it was even better than expected. I really enjoy the dosas but nothing compares to eating them there. Somehowthey come out crispy and soft at the same time. Got the chicken Tikka dosa and it was delicious. We shared a number of otherdishes and all were lovely and some with a little kick of spice. The staff is always very friendly and make sure you have enoughrice and everything else. As soon as you walk in, you?re greeted... by the friendly staff and the delicious smell of all the spellbindingly aromatic dishes in the restaurant. The light, chewy,perfectly browned garlic naan is a must, and the tandoori chicken is unbelievably succulent ? I don?t know how they do it!Certainly the best I?ve had in the United States! The chettinad chicken was my favorite: fiery and well spiced with black pepperand ginger, the sauce was nonetheless light and elegant. The vegetable biryani was well made and strongly seasoned with cuminand saffron. It goes perfectly with the chettinad chicken. We... ordered these curries while dining in on 08/14 - Bhindi Masala, Saag Paneer, Malai Kofta. All three of them didn?t have thetaste you?d expect from an Indian restaurant. If you?re craving Indian food in this neighborhood, Just drive a little bit moretowards Springfield/New Haven, You?ll really find better options.
