Loud & not adequate parking, seems as if it should be a a drive through only. Staff was friendly, courteous, & knowledgeable.

I ordered on the app for the Bloomfield, CT Wendy's. They told me that they didn't have peppermint frosty so I asked for... reimbursement for it the Manager said no because I didn't give them any money and that I need to cancel the order. I didn't seeanywhere that allowed me to cancel the order so I asked the Manager how to do it. The Manager replied I don't know figure itout. I ended up leaving with a cold burger and a vanilla shake that he put peppermint flavor in. The Manager was very rude. Iwill kindly take the time and drive further next time for good customer service. Read more

Don't get me wrong I love Wendy's! Just the prices are getting ridiculous like everywhere else and I can't afford to get a... frosty anymore. It's a sad sad day. Read more

Wendy's claims to have America's favorite French fries. I don't know about that, but they are tasty. The Pub Bacon Chicken... sandwich was quite nice, if the combo was more expensive than I'd like ($12). It's worth a change from the golden arches anddefinitely a decent choice if you're getting fast food. Read more

This location always seems to be busy when I go. This is my favorite fast food place. I won't go to any others. Thank you.

Wendy's, in general, has become too expensive. I very rarely eat fast food, so I don't have anything to compare to. $18 for two... poorly thrown together burgers, a very, and a Frosty is ridiculous. Fortunately, we always check bags before leaving thedrive-thru. There was no spoon for the Frosty. Upon asking, they told us they were out of spoons. I asked how I'm supposed toeat the Frosty and received a very helpful, "I dunno". I said I want my money back if there's no way for me to eat it in the carand got a blank stare from the window. Since I had to drive the conversation, I asked if they had any utensils - even a fork. The person disappeared and somebody else came to the window (I'm assuming this was someone with the title of "Manager"). Shetells us they are out of spoons, so we asked how we (or anybody else who orders one) are supposed to eat a Frosty without autensil. This challenging question was answered this time with a shrug. This advanced thinker was eventually able to hook me upwith a fork. Wow. What a crew. This was my second Wendy's visit in over a year and both locations had useless staff. Go Wendy's. Read more

Always fresh and delicious I love how you can?t always count of the quality of the food there never changing unlike their... competitors (MD,BK,ETC) I will say this I wish the employees had more motivation for working there but once I hear someone witha positive attitude it makes the experience much more pleasant! Everybody loves Wendy?s lol Read more
