I once ordered for my family of 4, none of the orders are ever correct. Either missing ingredients or they put sour cream on... orders that didn?t ask for sour cream, ruining the whole meal! I called and they offered a credit for 1 meal out of the 4 theyscrewed up. Fast forward to today, they?re now becoming cheap with the ingredients, 1 spoon of rice, 8 strands of lettuce and Icounted literally 9 small pieces of chicken! Are you kidding me?! And don?t bother ordering the side of guac, you?ll only get atablespoon of guac spread thinly across the top. The chips is also stale. Reading these reviews confirms the poor quality offood and service here. Last time I was in the store, I realized that they print the online orders and lay them out on thecounter - every time the door opens, the orders fly off. this is by far the best chipotles around. at least recently they have really been on top of things. always open on time, has... available ingredients all the time, pick up orders ready, and online orders have good portions! i really appreciate it and thestaff as well Read more

Came in about 10:15 .. waited about 45 mins just to get our food. I understand that it was busy but the female on the line... prioritized too many online orders versus the in store customers. We felt neglected. I used to work at the Chipotle for 3 years,trust me I know the drill. I was then told at the end that there was no sour cream left. Honestly that was a huge deal breakerafter an hour wait. I expressed my frustration to the cashier & he literally said ?well what do you expect? It?s 10pm?. Well Iexpect you to still have sour cream when you?re still open for an hour. He stated that he wasn?t going to just open a bag forme. It wasn?t just for me? why not open it and prep for tomorrow? The sour cream has a shelf life. Just very rude and turned meoff I spent $40.. I expect good customer service. That?s what I expect. Read more

Usually pretty busy and long lines. And they also run out of different foods often. Had to update this review 3 months later. I... recently went to this Chipotle again around 10 at night. As always the restaurant was backed up and when I did get my food I wasshocked to find that the rice was severely undercooked. The rice was legitimately crunchy. I'm sure others experienced the samething that ordered during this time. I will never ever go to this Chipotle ever again and I seriously want to launch a complaintagainst them. Stay away!!!! Good staff serving meal with smile on face. Serving quality, taste, presentation on bowl when they make - everything was so... perfect that you don?t have or can?t have complaints. I want to give special thanks to Ms. phoenis who was making veggie bowlfor me on busy time at 1:30 pm. It was long line and people waiting to get their turn for their chipotle order on lunch time,she served meal with smile on face. Great team serving at this location. Read more

Please eat elsewhere . Not sanitary and poor customer service . My pick up was ?ready? but wasn?t. While I was waiting there was... a worker without glove packing a half wrapped burrito. The young lady at the register was rude when I asked to help find myorder. I eventually asked for the manager who came to say either I wait or I go online and cancel and then walked away before Icould finish the conversation. I have never experience a manager speak that way. Either train the manager or put him to workbehind the scenes . I still haven?t got my order. I was referred online where ?pepper? doesn?t understand what I need and theguy I spoke to only handles ?deliveries? not pick up. If you want eat healthy, stop order your food here. Management needs togive staff more support. Either they are overworked hence the poor service but I have no explanation for the poor sanitary. Read more

Very disappointed with the quality control. we ordered 4 bowls, a burrito and 3 tacos. The only one that came out alright were... the 3 tacos. All bowls missing items, cheese, rice and double meat. I'll blame the food coming cold, on Doordash, for takingtoo long, but the lack of ingredients is horrible. It used to be much better.
