I place and order for sweet plantains, yellow rice and beans and beef stew. I receive white rice, no beans, two pieces of steak... and two pieces of plantains. They refused to fix my order when they got it messed up and stated no more plantain I will neverorder at this place again.. Read more
I came here to grab a quick drink because I noticed an old friend inside. I ordered two drinks that were on special for $7. I... get the bill and they charge gratuity which I don't like since it's just me sitting at the bar but that's fine. Then I hand thebartender my card and get my receipt and I notice she charged me a "cc" fee of $2 and adjusted the gratuity % based on thatwithout telling me. When I complain to her about the charge she says that the charge compensates for getting the special drinkprices that they advertise. We're only talking a few bucks but what happened if I had ordered more. What would my fee be then?Place looks nice now but this was very predatorial. Will never come back here again. Read more
Waiter was incompetent. Manager was rude. Invest in gluten-free options and remember, it's always customary to ask a patron how... well they want their burger done. Nobody likes to eat beef with the consistency of a hockey puck. Do better. Avoid this placeat all costs. Read more
Horrible customer service. We ordered from here through the delivery service THEY chose, and our food never arrived. We... contacted them regarding the issue, but they could not have cared less. We (wrongly) thought they wouldn’t want regulars to bescrewed over, but they had no issue letting us pay $88 for food that didn’t show up. My husband even tried driving over totalk with them and said the woman he eventually was directed to (manager?) was rude and dismissive. We had to go through ourcredit card company to be refunded. They lost loyal customers for about $90. Hope it was worth it. Awful place-there are amillion better places who actually care about their customers. Read more
very nice hangout place for dancing, loud music and good people. the music was great they have two small rooms with each playing... different music. Food was great, if you go Friday, Saturday, Sunday they have a DJ at night and it turns into a little night club situation. DJ... started around 7:30/8. There is also a small area outside for seating. Read more
Specifically asked for no onions, as you can see on the instructions . “ no onions please thank you” and somehow my tacos... couldn’t have any more onions . Very unsatisfied spent over $60 . Would NOT recommend simple instructions missed. If I wasallergic to onions I wouldn’t have been able to eat my meal. Read more
