I waited a long time and tried not to have to write a review about them; I went back several times ? and they just never learned... how to run a KFC. I?m writing this review after I just placed an order was told to swipe my card, swipe my card they saideverything was OK and after waiting 25 minutes I realized I didn?t get a notification from my credit card and everyone who camein after me was leaving with the food. So I asked if there was anything like the order I just placed on the board; and therewas not. Since I was an hour half hour into my one hour lunch break I didn?t dare wait so I left with nothing; they always havea crowd and a long line and there?s never enough employees working there ? and they get so much wrong that it?s astonishing ? Terrible service. Gas is too expensive to have to drive back because the staff is lazy and incompetent and can?t get our order... right. But they want $15+ an hour. Maybe they could use it for some hearing aids so they can get their orders right. Read more

The only reason this place got 2 stars is because Butts customer service is excellent . The manager is incapable of handling... this place . No coordination! Update 03/10/22 Came back here . Same poor service as before. Maybe this is the cashiers firstjob but that?s not an excuse for the poor service . No greeting , shes annoyed with every customer she serves . Highlyrecommended customer service training. A hello, how can I help you is a good greeting . Either appreciate your job and show someeffort or move on to another job . Read more

When I first moved to Bloomfield, it was my go to. Over the years, the standards of this location has deteriorated and it... clearly shows. As a group, my co-workers and I decided to order from this location since it was close, despite previous ordersmissing items. This time they forgot a lemonade and my "Chicken Little" sandwich had mold. My co-worker called the location andwas met with "Nothing I can do, the order wasn't placed in-store." So corporate was called. Again, their food and service hasbeen circling the drain. I absolutely never put up any reviews, but this was cause for one. You'll never catch me here again. Read more

Please read below as to the details of a heartfelt and truthful 2 star review. I placed my order directly through KFC?s website... for pickup in store. When I arrived I was attended to by a young woman who began by telling me that my order was for deliverythrough Grubhub. After I repeated numerous times that my order was indeed not for delivery another member of the staff pointedout to the young woman that my order was indeed for pickup. I was told that my order would be ready for pick-up at 6:10 so thatis when I arrived, only to wait another 15-20 minutes! Additionally, I had ordered dessert biscuits, which are a cooperativemenu item from Cinnabon. The staff informed me that they did not have any frosting so they just put on more cinnamon sauce. Thefrosting is the BEST Part! They did not offer to take it off my order, which I should not have accepted, but I did because I wasfrustrated by the wait. Additionally the dessert biscuits were stale. Upon arriving home I found that they had not provided anysilverware, napkins, plates, or biscuits! All of those items were selected on my order. The staff was more interested inconversing amongst one another than properly preparing customer orders. Also, why would my potatoes just be covered in Plasticwrap instead of a lid?
