Just left the Bloomfield NJ location via drive thru. Asked for hot, fresh fries they gave me cold ones. Reminded the cashier... and she asked me to pull to the side and someone will bring me some to the car. Waited 15 minutes for the new ones and stilldisappointed. Not only did they leave cold fries on the bottom of the container and put a a few fresh fries on top, I NOW justdiscovered a piece of hair in my Big Mac container I am officially done with fast food and I?m surely NOT eating at McDonaldsin Bloomfield NJ. I?ve been coming to this McDonalds for the last 25 years or longer and never had a problem until the last month h or so. I?ve... ordered 5 times in the last month and each time there was food missing that I ordered and paid for. Maybe it?s time for newmanagement. Very disappointed. Read more
The worst MCDONALD'S ever. I visited it because I was in rush,and always pass by and noticed good movement in the drive thru,but... I was wrong the young lady in the drive thru never take care of us ,I decided to park in the lot, when I passed by the main doorI noticed she was in her cellphone talking and laughing at something that was not part of her service.Inside the atmosphere washorrible,not cashier only the machines,I saw the supervisor or manager shovel another order inside mine and start a argumentwith other employee. I'm sorry first and last time . Needs to get better in service because in the back everyone was workingperfect because food was extremely good,but in the drive thru and front nasty service. Read more
No left turn into lot. No drinks, only bottled water. Sold out of many items. Kiosk won't take cards, AND food missing from my... order. NOT a good experience. ???? Read more
Always a problem or attitude when I go (thankfully I don't go often). Today, I showed my order and the lady just shrugged and... walk away. Once I got that squared away, I had sauce in my bag and no nuggets. Very frustrating place to go. Read more
I went here around 2am to get food. The gentleman who took my order was polite and very nice. Then I went to the second window... and the young lady there told me I'd have to wait on fries to finish cooking first. I didn't mind because who doesn't like hotfries! But as I looked at her,she looked so tired as if she'd been running around the place doing so much. Then I realized thatshe was the only other person that I saw inside. So I pull over to wait on my fries and not even 4 minutes go by and out walks aguy with my food. It was the same gentleman that took my order!! So this McDonalds has ONLY 2 EMPLOYEES WORKING ALONE AFTERMIDNIGHT WITH FRYERS AND GRILLS RUNNING ALL NIGHT!!! That is completely unsafe and puts these two people's lives in danger onquite a few levels! I commend the two employees foe their hard work and dedication, and absolutely have no love for theirmanagers and schedule makers! 3rd time at this location. So sad to get home and see my smoothie with a hair in it!!! So ???? gross. Completely disgusted.... Management please have the workers wear a hat or a hair net. No one wants to find a hair in their drinks/food. Read more
This location is often understaffed and depending on the manager that is on it's a very hostile enviorment for the rest of the... employees. I understand the drive thru is very popular and they get overwhelmed. On the inside it's often backed up by Doordas,UberEats, etc. However shouldn't be an excuse to skip on keeping the restaurant clean. These photos are from a Saturdayafternoon.
