Ok so I don?t know if anybody has been to the Bloomfield store but I?ve been going there for a long time. They started great,... fell off for a minute but they are back with a bang. I would like to thank the Manager Kathy and her staff for their excellent customer service. I left my purse in the restaurant... today and Kathy took the time to locate it and put it away for safe keeping! I wanted to reward her for her kindness, but shestated " No, this is what we all should do; we have to look out for one another." Slow service, and they never have enough inventory ( sauces, certain items on the menu etc) i asked for sweet heat and i was... technically given the ingredients to make it myself at home I?ll add photos of what the worker gave me lol. Best Popeyes I?ve ever been to. Service was great! Food came out quick. Chicken was extra juicy, shout out to the cook. They... weren?t out of any sauces and the soda machine was actually working. They also had the AC on blast which was nice. Will drivethe extra mile to come to this one again. Read more
This place by far is the most unprofessional establishment that I have ever been into. The young ladies there are rude,... dismissive and disrespectful. No one greets you, they look at you as you wait to order with the meanest faces or like your aproblem. Unpleasant, unwilling to even take your order. I?m here now and have been for 8 minutes and no one has even asked mewhat I wanted. This place needs all new staff or a team building exercise. Customer service is poor and bad attitudes are high.It?s sad?if you don?t wanna be there then don?t work there. Bottom line. You guys really need to look into that. I just witnessed a summer camp bring in at least 30 children, all with individual orders, to this establishment. The camp did... not call or order in advance. The customer service by four black women was an amazing sight to see! They showed nothing butgrace under pressure and chaos that came from the summer camp. Not only were the staff members dealing with the camps order,they were also dealing with the general public that was walking in. Wow! Every customer left with the correct order andsatisfied. Was there a couple of days ago, and I was blown away. From the cleanliness of the restaurant(inside and outside). The staff was... phenomenal. Especially Employees Faith & Emanuel?????. I had an error with my mobile-order but Emanuel and Faith made the effortto correct the order and still ended with a smile.?? Read more
Nice workers, great manager. I wish I could remember her name but the wait time for an order placed online took just about an... hour to receive. The food is tasty but the extreme wait times are a turn off. If it wasn?t for the young lady who was managingthat night, I would?ve been highly upset but she was professional and hardworking and I really appreciate her service. Read more
