Something happened here on 9/22/2022 at 5:39 pm that I did NOT like. I ordered a Dave?s double with the fries and drink. The... order came up to $12.13 with the tax. I gave my credit card and the guy at the window. He said that I owed 63 cents more. Iasked him why and he said that he did not know and smirked at me. I got the receipt and upon closer inspection, I saw that theguy at the window did not type in $12.13. He typed in $11.50 and this is how he can pocket the extra money (63 cents). If hedoes this to a lot of people he can make a lot of money on the side. This is an old trick that has been done for years. This is a hit or miss sometimes food is freshly prepared and other times its heat lamp ruined. They never have Dr. Pepper soda... and should remove it from the menu, if the have its watered down and flat. Long lines and indoor dining area closures due tostaffing issues.
