Something happened here on 9/22/2022 at 5:39 pm that I did NOT like. I ordered a Dave?s double with the fries and drink. The... order came up to $12.13 with the tax. I gave my credit card and the guy at the window. He said that I owed 63 cents more. Iasked him why and he said that he did not know and smirked at me. I got the receipt and upon closer inspection, I saw that theguy at the window did not type in $12.13. He typed in $11.50 and this is how he can pocket the extra money (63 cents). If hedoes this to a lot of people he can make a lot of money on the side. This is an old trick that has been done for years. This is a hit or miss sometimes food is freshly prepared and other times its heat lamp ruined. They never have Dr. Pepper soda... and should remove it from the menu, if the have its watered down and flat. Long lines and indoor dining area closures due tostaffing issues. The most ghetto Wendy?s I have ever been too. I seriously feel like I need to take a shower after leaving. Food was flavorless... and missing ingredients. The cherry on top was when I found a long hair in my fries and didn?t get an apology. Read more
The best Wendy's around for the most part. Occasionally the line doesn't move very quickly. (I'm assuming during new hire... training.) Food is always fresh and modifications are always correct. (98% of the time) Read more
They often forget to put everything in the bag when you go get food at the drive through. It has happened multiple times. You... have to make sure to check while you're there. They don't give you the receipt either unless you ask for it. Have fun provingthey didn't give you a burger. Read more

Was on the phone in my sisters car when she was ordering her food the people on the speaker was rude and unprofessional told... them she had a coupon for a free 10 piece nugget the girl wanted to know if she could get half spicy and half original ensteadof the girl telling her they couldn?t she gave her a blank no and laughed then on top of that when she went to pay she gave theguy her card and proceeded to give her coupon the guy laughed and said he already rung it up and then told my sister that theywas rushing him and rushed her out the line my sister isn?t the type to be confrontational so she dealt with the repeated Iprofessionalism and she shouldn?t had been treated like that .
