I don?t eat the food here, but once in a while, I come here to get a mini sonic blast. Today 10/22/22, at around 2:30 pm. I went... to this location and, at first, ordered Reese's blast with whipped cream. They tell me they don?t have any whipped cream. I wasokay with that and just ordered Reese?s blasts. I get to the window, and they say they ran out of Reese?s, so I got an Oreoblast. I paid for it, and they handed it to me in the usual cup, but instead of the clear bowl lid it usually comes with, it hada regular soda lid. So, that was the first off thing about the blast. I open it up and see just a couple of big Oreo cookiessitting on top :|. I start thinking, ?it looks like there are no Oreos in this blast.? I start digging more into it with aspoon, and sure enough, it?s just ice cream, and I see at the bottom of the cup some Oreo crumbs. I didn?t eat it at all. Ithrew the whole Blast away. Living in different states over the pass 27yrs and moving back to NEW MEXICO. SONIC is always my favorite place to eat. I Have... been to this SONIC more then once. I put up with the SLOW BAD customer services, because it's the nears one to me. I don't thinki should travel to another local for better service....With that being said. Today I had the most WONDERFUL service I have everhad at this local. ????????THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING SURE MY ORDER WAS PERFECT....????????"AMARIE"!!!???????? Took over 25 minutes to get three drinks. There were no cars in the drive thru and only three parked with me. When I asked if... they were hiring the young boy said "no we aren't, we are actually over staffed" so I had to ask what took so long for threesimple drinks and he said "yeah I don't know" Either hire people willing to work or fire those that aren't. Being overstaffedusually means there's an abundance of employees to serve the customers in a timely manner. What happened to the timers above theorders? I've noticed many reviews about this recently. This place an absolute joke! I have not received ONE SINGLE correct order in two years! You better fix this or I?ll be doing... everything I can to shut you down! Maybe hire someone with a mentality higher than that of a second grader.. Read more
Got wrong order except for hot dog. Took a long time to get correct sandwiches and second order of onion rings. Onion rings+... are not edible...not fully cooked, limp, coating separated, barely warm. We should have kept the tater tots with the wrongorder even though they weren't really hot either. Read more
No onion rings, mozzarella sticks or blue coconut. Old oil used, chicken tenders were extra crispy (I did not request it) and... dark with a nasty flavor. The crackhead sitting outside against the wall was decorative though! Read more
Seriously fast! I read all the comments about the slow service. We just traveled from South Texas and I have to say this was... quickest service we've ever had. 5 mins top and the food was HOT! Now the only complaint I have is a medium here is a small inTexas. So, the large popcorn chicken was small. 5 stars to NMs Sonic Read more
I haven't had a pleasant experience at Sonic for the entire year we've lived in Aztec. They don't seem to care about making sure... the food is presentable. I've paid for things that are no longer available and they don't wanna give me my preferred substituteor refund the purchase price for what I ordered. It's just so disheartening to spend $20 on two people and our food look poorlyput together along with wait staff that doesn't care. When we went the stalls where closed. We used the drive thru and thenimmediately parked in a stall to eat. I don't know how the staff didn't see us do this but when the food was wrong we pressedthe button in the stall to advise and see if we could come back through the drive thru to have the food fixed. They guy said thestall was closed and refused to speak to us while parked there. I was furious bc we had food and it was wrong. They didn't tellme they were out of bacon but still charged me. They also didn't use fresh tomatoes nor any condiments as asked. It was sloppyand poor and I didn't want to eat that especially for the price we paid. So we go all the way back around, wait to speak tosomeone who told us they'd fix the food but they didn't. I wasn't advised about the lack of bacon until the manager came todiscuss it with us. They didn't want to comp anything but tater tots and when I got my second sandwich it looked the same as thefirst one, a mess.
