Hmmm, how to give a negative rating. Well, I placed on online order at 6:05 pm. Almost as simple as can be. One large plain... cheese pizza and Howie bread. Online order said 40 minutes. I received the order in 60 minutes. No big deal, except that Ireceived a medium pepperoni pizza. Again, no big deal, except my son was having a sleepover with a friend who is Jewish. Can'teat the pizza with pork on it. I called back at 7:07pm. I was told that they would get it to me in 30-35 minutes. I called after45 minutes. After being on hold for a few minutes, I was told that the pizza was "on the way." I called after another 40minutes, a full TWO AND A HALF HOURS AFTER MY INITIAL ORDER OF A PLAIN CHEESE PIZZA! After being put on hold for six moreminutes, I was told they were closed. Great sleepover. I am cooking him chicken nuggets now. Read more
Came here after business. buddy over here named Dylan struggled taking our order. Then buddy went to the back and didnt return... for 15 minutes. We ordered a small pizza shouldn't be taking this long. Then after 30 minutes of waiting buddy Dylan gives usthe pizza. Then I accidentally sat on mountain due. I've only ordered pizza from Hungry Howie's 3 times. The first time the order was correct. The next two times they didn't get... it right at all. My husband and I only like thick crust pizza. Both times they got it wrong is was thin and crispy. One ofthem wasn't even the right toppings. Found a better place to order from. Read more
Ordered a pizza. Said it was out for delivery for 30+ minutes. Store closed. It says it's delivered but I don't have a pizza?... Sweet good job hungry howie's. I'm hungry because you can't manage your employees. Update: It's been almost a week and no replyfrom them about it? No wonder they can't manage their employees at the stores. Updated Dec 2020: Tried the deep dish. Pleasantly surprised on how good it was. This store is very quick. I can order 10 min... out and it is almost always ready when I get there. They hire the most pleasant and polite kids for the store. 2017:Traditional franchise pizza. Expect greasy, but not skimpy on the pepperoni and cheese, pizza. Ordered 2 large pizzas at 9:35pm and I know they close at 10pm. I specifically told them that if it was too late for a... delivery, then I would come and pick it up myself. They assured me they could deliver in 30-40 min. Of course, they nevershowed and never even bothered to call. If the owner is reading this, you need to find better staff, because your current crewis going to cause you to shut down. Read more
Just ordered a large deep dish meat lovers pizza and it was raw dough in the middle. Had a bad experience years ago and decided... to try it again. Bad decision. We also had a round cheese pizza. It was not raw but had a gallon of sauce on it, as did theraw deep dish. They lost a customer for good today. Update*** the manager called me the next day and apologized and offered areplacement pizza credit for the pizza ordered. He was apologetic and it was a n8ce gesture. I will give them another chance. Hopefully they will get it right this time. I will update once I have ordered. We usually eat pizza every Friday night. So wewill see. Read more
I love hungry howies pizza but I would suggest against choosing this location. One of our 2 pizzas didn't even have pizza sauce... on it at all and they put the wrong seasoning on the crust which made it even worse. The whole order in general was just notgood quality. Very sad. Read more
