I go to this Kerbys a bit because I work right by it. I have ordered over the phone and online to pickup. The last few months,... anytime I have gotten a Kerby melt, and asked for no pickles, it has pickles every single time. I don?t know who isn?t payingattention when putting orders together, whether it?s the people packing orders or making orders. This most recent time it hadcarrots and red cabbage on it too like a salad mix was used on it which isn?t how it says it comes. I used to really like thislocation because of the convenience and that it was a relatively cheap and easy option for lunch. I don?t want to order fromhere though if it?s going to be wrong every time. The food was decent tasting, nothing exceptional. Portions for the prices are okay. The waiter was really friendly. Only down... side is that it took about 20 minutes just to cash out. Read more

Wait staff was very nice and attentive. I got there a bit early and my crew was a bit late. They accommodated me with seating so... I could see the door. The food, once ordered was great! Big variety on menu; should suit any taste. Did not feel rushed before,during and after the meal. Very nice dining out experience! Read more

I can't speak for the wait staff I got carry out. The person that got my food and drinks ready was very polite though. The staff... that was within my hearing also seemed very polite. They talked like they liked working there which usually amounts to goodservice. The food was absolutely great. Everything was cooked to perfection. I get my eggs over medium, many times they comewith the yoke almost fully cooked, these were perfect no runny whites yet the yoke was still there to dip my toast and bacon in.The hash browns where browned just right not over cooked but still crispy on the outside while being soft and moist inside.
