in february we moved to pontiac right in franklin & we ordered from Jets the first month & they lost our delivery (we had family... and friends here for a UFC fight as well) So I had to drive to go pick it up, and ordered from papa romanos. So we decided totry Papa Romanos one night since it was literally 1 min from our house. Dude, what have we been missing out on? They forgot the cheese on my pizza. Said it was a mistake on the app. Asked them to remake the pizza and they said they would... have to charge me again. Ended up spending $72 for 2 large square pizzas. Read more

I had the cauliflower crust pizza and it was amazing! It was thin and crispy with the garlic herb sauce, chicken, red onion,... feta, and banana peppers. The young man shared with me that he was told the cauliflower crust seemed to be liked more than theregular gluten free crust. Thank you Papa Romanos! Read more

My order was ready on time, the counter person was nice and personable. All around good customer service!! My new pizza place!!

I ordered a chicken dinner with patatos and breadstix with a extra ten bread and a gateraid they where our of garteraid and then... I only got my chicken dinner. Asked driver where my bread was he looked confused I showed him the reciept he said hold on beright back. Zero for presentation!! Who gets the squashed bread??? Ordered deep dish cheese bread and the sauces were on top.. We only... noticed when we got home that the deep dish was no longer deep rather thin crust!!! I was rather annoyed by this and phoned toask why they put sauces on top. I asked to speak to the manager who had an aggressive tone on the phone. I was abruptly toldthat that?s the policy to put the sauce on top and I need to request it to be put on the side!!
