Horrible! Chunks and chunks of fruit and ice in my smoothie, couldn't even drink it through my straw. I thought the first time... maybe they were rushing. Didn't go back for a while however, I remembered very quickly why I didn't when I went back...samething! And if twice wasn't enough, I went back a third time and exactly the same horrible not smooth supposed to be smoothieyet again! The quality of this place has fallen into the dumps! The nicest looking tropical smoothie cafe that I've seen. Love the bar style layout and the service was amazing.

Ordered Online order, went in after the time it was to be done and it wasn't. So, we waited, and they were rude. It is as if... they do not want to work/not be there. The work ethic is gone from here. And a woman with a bunch of kids tapped my car with thelicense plate MD5 and wasn't going to say anything so onlookers said she had hit me and she was leaving. I see Tropical answers these reviews saying to contact Tropical so they can make things better. I contacted them and never heard... back. Tried calling corporate, too. The Bloomfield Tropical used to be my favorite location many years ago. Now, I will neverbe back. My favorite Tropical wrap is the Thai Chicken Wrap. The past two times I ordered?the first, there was barely anychicken on my wrap. Today there was again not much chicken and the chicken that was there, was just a bunch of fatty chicken. It was disgusting. I took most of it off. I will never be back to this Tropical. It isn?t even edible any more. Managementat this location doesn?t care about poor experiences, either. The Waterford Tropical on the other hand is good, just what Iwould expect from a Tropical Smoothie Cafe. It?s unfortunate, though, because I?m not always that direction. Timing wise isn't a big deal. Busy is busy. Only problem I have is cleanliness. Girl on the line has her hair over the food. No... gloves. Her nails are done so that's easy to chip into the food.
