I am a doordash driver and someone who has eaten a lot of wingstop. The staff at this location are EXCEPTIONALLY discourteous to... doordash drivers and I genuinely avoid going there for orders. Every single order takes forever to wait on. I wait in the lobbyfor 15-20 minutes at the register without any staff coming and asking me which order I had. Their staff constantly cut you offin the middle of asking a question if they are even slightly preoccupied. If you are so understaffed you cannot run the businessand make an order within 45 minutes of placement, don't open your doors. Every time I eat their boneless wings, they havecartilage in every other wing. Kind of makes them being boneless completely pointless if there's still nasty bits in there.Wingstop in general has always had this problem of dry, cartilage-filled boneless wings, and the 2 times i've had them recentlyat this location its the same thing. Why would you ever pay $20 a head for wings you have to spit pieces of out on every otherwing??? Please just go to Bdubs or anywhere else. Don't waste your money. They don't need any more business anyway since theirstaff can barely ever handle what they have now. Read more

Decent place for wings on telegraph. The service is nice when you order. The staff are very friendly and they make everything... to order, which is why it takes a bit to make the food. Given that I would expect everything to be hot when I get it. The wingswere hot enough but the fries were cold. Also we ordered boneless and recoeved normal wings on the bone. The sauces are reallygood. Had the BBQ, Korean, and Garlic Parm, all excellent. The fries were pretty good too even if they were cold. The corn wasnot. Overseasoned so it was very salty, and overcooked so it was dry and hard to eat. I don't recommend the corn. Not a badwing place but got nothing on Detroit wing company. Read more

MY WINGS WERE RAW! Not much I can do with that! The manager told me they were cooked per the normal time. I asked her to look at... the pink wing. She looked at a wing, threw them away, and offered to cook them double the time. I didn't receive a singleapology. Both myself and my little girl tried gnawing on those raw nuggets! They were really busy that day with about six toseven people in front of the small store, but to not apologize and essentially call me a liar by offering to cook the wingstwice as long was inexcusable. There are too many other options out here, I won't be back. My advice is check your wings inthe car. It will be really obvious that they are raw. Super chewy and don't come apart easy. Read more

Lisa Cooper - Worst GM I have never experienced such a horrible attitude trying to resolve a problem with our order. First we... got our food and check it before we left; we were missing a sandwich. Boneless wings were flavorful and had a nice crunch and texture. Fries were soggy, but that's my only issue. I probably... should've gotten the veggie sticks as my side anyway. On the spicey scale its mild to medium. Staff was nice. Would orderagain. Read more

Terrible service. Unfortunately this is a new location and already is getting reviews about the bad service and subpar food.... Other nearby location isn't much better. If you order online come about 45 min or so after when your order is supposed to beready and you won't have to wait. To top it off this location is pick up only, you would think they would have it more together!First and last time I will come here. Food is just "ehhh"....not worth the hassle take your money elsewhere. Reviews have beenbad since the location opened and it hasn't got any better. It will be up for lease again in no time at this rate....this areais finicky and people won't keep coming back after a bad experience. Read more

Ordered using the app. Estimated wait time was the usual 16-21 minutes. Arrived to restaurant nearly 30 minutes after ordering... to be safe. Waited in the restaurant for an additional 35 minutes as the staff was catching up on missed orders. The manager wasable to troubleshoot why no order tickets had been printing out---the register tape was placed backwards into the printer. Uponbringing the order back to my office, utilizing my entire lunch HOUR, only 20 of the 30 wings that were ordered were present.When I called to explain there was an error, I was told to come back with my receipt and they'd make it right. Horrible experience. Worst customer service. They messed up my order and were super rude. Fries were burnt, chicken sandwich was... super over cooked and dried. Wings were drenched in oil. I?ll be driving the extra 5 minutes to the other Wingstop Read more
