My family came here for dinner for my son?s birthday. We came at 6:00 pm, and we order 20 pc of chicken wings ,nachos and... chicken salad. In 5 minutes, they got us nachos. After 30 minutes later, the chicken wings and salad was not here yet. I askedthe waiter about our food. They said they would asked the chefs about it. After that they said it would be ready for us in acouple of minutes. We wait 15 minutes more. I had to ask the waiter again, and they said the food was not ready for us yet. Idon?t know why, but we had to wait an hour long even though there was barely anyone here. There was others who came after us andreceived their food, yet our food never came. Came in and sat in the outside area. There was only one lady in charge. After we ordered they only brought my food out. After... waiting 40min the waiter never checked on and and came with the receipt. We asked about the other 2 peoples food and she wentback only to find out it was just sitting there for the longest. The food was ended up being free and I wouldn?t have been upsetbut after we ate the food she completely forgot about us after an hour. Had to look for her in order to pay. I ordered some boneless wings for takeout. The flavors were Asian Zing and Caribbean Jerk. They tasted delicious and the box... came with extra wings as well. Price was a steal because it was Thursday and Buffalo Wild Wings had a buy one get one deal. Thefood was also ready before the estimated time which was nice. Would definitely recommend! Read more
They used to be better. Placed the order at 10.15 online and it said will be ready at 11. When i picked it up fries were stale... wings were cold. They also forgot my drink. Gave us a big cup of ranch for an order of 3 ppl. What happened to givingindividual ranch cups per person. My girlfriend and I rarely eat at BWW. Dine-in is usually ok, but carry-out is never good. We ordered 6 buffalo (the hot, which... is a sauce) and 10 medium (which is also a sauce) and neither of the sets of wings hard hardly any sauce on them. When I getsauce, I expect the wings to be smothered. I opened it and couldn't tell there was sauce on them, other than the small saucestains on the container. I'm going to stick with Rookies off of Lake St. Big, meaty wings, and their sauce is phenomenal. Iusually get traditional, but we both got boneless this time. I had issues with my payments being processed more 1 time. Sheridan was so attentive and made sure she got right on it. Called... me back when she had any updates. She made sure I was well taken care of. And since I?m a frequent customer every Tuesday orThursday I order from here. The next time I called to place and order she was so nice to take care of my bill. I will continueto be a customer here. She is an exceptional manager.
