I arrived and the staff was cheerful but the place was super packed. I was helped in fair time and asked Ashley how long the... wait may be, because I had my dog with me in the vehicle. She couldn't give an estimate but was quick to offer a bowl for me tograb the pup some water to make the wait comfortable for us both. Amazing service in a hard time! Great job Ashley! Better than average burger definitely, but nothing over the top. Fries are good, must be the oil they use. That said, just too... hard to justify $40+ for a burger, little burger, and order of fries. I tried! Read more
Very good fries (don?t bother with the Cajun seasoning, they don?t need it), but I wouldn?t call it a ?bargain? like their sign... says. $50 for the three of us seems excessive, and that was with ?little? for everyone. The burgers were definitely fine, andprobably the best in the immediate ?Danada? area. However, there?s several fast food options in the larger Wheaton area thatwe?d choose over this, taking into account taste and value. Read more

Hate to say that these young men don?t know what customer service is and they have the nerve to wave hi to us as it?s 10 min... before time closing .I usually love coming here and many people were upset to know that they were neglecting our service. 5 guysdoesn?t close until 7 pm we got their at 6:50 pm and it was my sons bday and this is what he loves . I will give you all a 1star until management is changed . So upsetting to know 5 guys is comfortable with service . Read more
It's a bit expensive but the fryers are the best on the planet? and also I really love the atmosphere???? they have free drink... refills and the Coke machine has probably a million flavors???? and also I like that they don't hurry out their customers andthey really want you to feel comfortable. I ordered a Cheeseburger ???? small fries ???? and Medium soda which ran me $15. I'll say the burger has two patties instead of... one. Overall the food was hot, fresh and very tasty the fresh beef means everything!!! My wait was 9min but considering it'scook to order that's reasonable and the Restrooms were very clean as well Read more
Burgers are good. Fries are mushy disasters. Staff is great. But their prices are absurd. A simple burger, fries, and a... drink is significantly over $20, and then they ask for a tip on top of that. Read more
