Haven’t been back to an Olive Garden restaurant for over 2 years and decided to try again. Unfortunately, the service is still... poor. We sat down order drinks and water. We got our food before our drinks and water. I tried getting my servers attention andshe asked me if I could be a bit more patient? WT? Unfortunately we had a bad experience. A group of people came in to dine and were seated 2 tables away. They were being very... disruptive. Loud, cussing so loud infront of the waitress and arguing amongst themselves. The person a table away ended upwalking out. Not olive garden's fault about that, but the fact that no one handled the situation or told the group to lowertheir voices. We ended up Taking our food to go. Friendly staff, timely service, great tasty Italian food. Just wish it was a bit more hot. It gets cold quickly, so we like... our food hot to warm. Our margarita also felt like it could use a bit more alcohol. Other than that, great service! Read more

I like the Bloomingdale Olive Garden way better than any of the other locations in the suburbs because they’re lenient and not... nit picky at all. Food is fresh and tasty, and waiters/waitresses are always kind. One thing I didn’t know is that the pitachips are fried in the same oil as calamari. Essentially, after my last visit I realized that the spinach and artichoke dip isnot suitable for vegetarians which is disappointing. Read more

My experience here has been consistently high level. Servers and management at this location strive to provide friendly and... efficient service, although the last few times I have been here they have been a little understaffed. The food here is generallypalatable, if a little under seasoned. I would recommend this Olive Garden for a casual night out if you are willing to wait alittle for good service. Read more
