Tried and true consistency. This locale does seem to get razzled at busy times, especially in the drive thru. One issue is the... inconsistency with regard to the spicy chicken sandwich. One day it's perfect, just enough bite of spiciness. The next it's noteatable, like as though the chicken breast was soaking in hot sauce overnight. Issue being the batter is not spiced, it's aspread that apply after the fact. Oh well, it's fast food. Read more

Very bad attitude and service. Was waiting for my order 20 mins and ask about my order but the guy just look away like I was not... there. Finally I asked for manager with anger then they said they are waiting for tenders. What tender takes 20 mins?? And theycan just tell me and I am ok too. Very bad restaurant!!!! Read more

I get food from this restaurant at least 2 times a month. It's always cooked well, not cold food, it's a busy drive thru but the... wait is not really that long. Good coupon deals, nice friendly staff, I'd recommend it. Read more

It seems like no matter what location you go to, you receive the same horrible service, wait times are just unbelievable long... and on top of that you get old dry chicken that is been sitting for hours. Not to mention the management, they have no clue ofwhat they're doing, also very rude and unprofessional. I try to do a survey on their website and the page was down.
