Went there for endless shrimp deal. Waiter was wonderful the server that brought my second round of shrimp ruined my experience... completely by sneezing as he got to my table and then attempted to serve me the same food he contaminated all I was offered bymanagement was a free desert . At that point I didn't even want to eat there. How do u attempt to serve me food u sneezed on nomask, no covering your month!! Good food but slow service and the restaurant was extremely cold inside.

While the food was lacking in flavor it was good quality. Things have clearly changed since last being there (several years)... which is understandable but I was overall disappointed. The best part of our visit was our server Myles! He was pretty great.Friendly, chatty, helpful, attentive, & all around what you'd want out of a server. It’s not often I get to enjoy Red Lobster but it was defiantly worth it. I had the crab legs and a lobster tail and they were... both great. The rest of the fam loved their food as well. Our server was very nice and friendly and very helpful. Read more
Not the best I've had. I have not ever had a bad experience at Red lobster before and aside the pandemic and mother's day,... there's no reason the service should have been so slow and the lobster cold. It was very disappointing for me as I treat myselfto seafood only once every year or two. Been to the Schaumburg location a couple times and no problems whatsoever. Read more
