I went in this morning for a pick up when I walked in I saw orders on the counter they are all disorganized and on top of each... other I wanted to be courteous of other customers and not touch every single bag and drink till I found mine so I asked theemployee with gloves to please help me find my order and he rudely responds ? um look for it? with a attitude I did nothing tobe treated like this I was simply trying to be nice I understand that sometimes it?s busy and things get stressful but this wasno way to answer me. Went via drive thru...very slow..waited 20 minutes before I got to speaker to order, with 3 cars ahead of me. When ordering... anything I tried to order it was not available. Left with one drink that took 15 minutes to prepare and it was just a regulargrande iced coffee nothing special Read more
I stopped by this starbucks for the first time and they do have a drive thru as well as outdoor seating. The place was clean... and had plenty of seating. The outdoor seating is a bit narrow but works. It was also not clean, that's also customers justleaving their stuff. The service was fast and I got what I wanted as I ordered it. This Starbucks discriminate my Autistic son. The rudest Starbucks I have ever been to. I was there with my family to grab our... drinks. We all went inside to order. My teen son, who has Autism, was sitting with his IPad and airpod on listening to hiscartoon. We were all just waiting for our drinks and one of there employee from back of restaurant approached us and said whowas yelling. She said she heard yelling from us and that we should keep it down. She was looking directly at my Autistic son. Iwas told her that no one was yelling. I also asked her if someone complained to her, since there was only 2 other people inStarbucks besides us. She said no one complained. So I asked her why do you think we yelled if you were in back of therestaurant. She said she heard in her headphones and kept looking at my son. She said maybe your son was yelling and I said wewere right by him and he didn't. My son was sitting quietly watching his cartoon. She was very rude! She saw a Indian brownskin Autistic child and she discriminate him. We left and would told her we will never come back to this Starbucks. ThisStarbucks is NOT AUTISM FRIENDLY.
