I used to love Carl's junior food chain but this time was different. First of all their hamburger didn't taste as it used to be... secondly they didn't have any promotion. Also potato french fries ???? didn't look good. There were lots of French fries ????with dark spots. Finally when got my order they just handed to me without a tray. You never know what you're gonna get. Sometimes the food is fine. Other times the food is too disgusting to eat. Today they told... me I had to come inside pay with Apple pay evern though I was in the drive through. Ive been here since they opened this Carl?s Jr at this location plus its rare for me to write reviews as well. Anyways, I am... giving it a 4 stars because of the employee named Lupita. She had a really bad attitude as soon as we went it. Whenever Iordered she would roll her eyes and when she gave us the order, 2 orders were wrong when we told her what we wanted, samehappened when I ordered to go.
