Our server Hope was wonderful, very attentive and friendly. Food was good and portions are generous. The resturant needs a ... little TLC as it gets a fair amount of traffic. Our one complaint was waiting so long to check out, almost 10 minutes. While anumber of team members working and saw us waiting, it appeared that only a couple could run the register. Definitely was the right choice to get some hot grub. Waitress was polite and attentive. The service was fast. The food was hot... and delicious. I got the tender pot roast. It was very tender and so flavorful. My husband got the honey butter chicken andbiscuits. He said it was very good. For sure coming here again. Read more
My husband and I love Bob Evans for brunch on Saturdays! Friendly staff and service is excellent. We never feel rushed or like... the food is taking too long. I love the banana bread and cold brew! Read more
Plenty of open tables, plenty of wait staff running around, still took 20 minutes for a hostess to seat a seriously backed up... lobby. Ordered food (all of us got biscuits and gravy) and low and behold eggs and bacon are brought out, and we're told wegotta wait 20 more minutes for biscuits. I'd have rather waited for the whole meal and not had cold food that was gonna go ontop of them. I mean, I feel bad for the server, it's not her fault the kitchen is staffed by idiots and the host totallyunaware. Read more
First time trying a Bob Evans, I was impressed. It was clean and busy. Our waitress was really good friendly and very helpful.... The food was really good and came hot . I would highly recommend this restaurant. We were very happy with eating here. Read more
The service at this place today was phenomenal. I walked in the host was nice. The waiter was in such a happy mood, very polite,... and fast. The cook and other guys in the back all said hi to each other which is so amazing to see staff in a very amazingattitude. Let me say I have NEVER been to a place where the employees are in a good mood, this place was. I hope everyone isrewarded for showing such good behavior! Food was amazing! We were able to be seated rather quickly for a Sunday. Lots of staff walking around. We waited an extremely long time for two... simple meals. Others that were seated 20 minutes after we were had their food before us. It must have been forgotten. Noapologies from staff. Food was pretty good. Read more
