At 10:00 p.m. on a beautiful summer Saturday night all I wanted was a casual bar/grill to sit on a patio and drink some beer and... have a few wings/apps. So of course BWW came to my mind. Instead, this BWW had their patio closed with no explanation. Thehostess just handed us some menus and told us to go pick our own seat at the bar. BWW has been going downhill for a while. We used to order from this location weekly, but only once in a while now. There is NO... consistency in the food quality, service, PRICE, and menu options. Most recently, our wings look like bird wings (see photos) we received little fries, and the chicken was NOT FRESH! And of course they never have onion rings. Who does not know about the famous Chicken wings at B'Dubs! They were serving BOGO Wings on Wednesdays even a few months back.... ???? The food and drinks are no doubt good but we want more variety as the menu seems to be pretty boring at times… Read more

Took my family on a Thursday evening, about 445pm. The waitress did not have much knowledge. I asked about the trivia and she... didn't know what I was talking about so she had to go to her manager. She returned and said it was only Wednesday nights...anhour later trivia is on the tv in front of me for everyone to play on the BWW app. I pointed it out to the waitress whoimmediately threw her manager under the bus. The bathroom was filthy, I've included a photo of the urinal that I used. Thephoto doesn't include the trash on the floor, the uncleaned sinks, or the over flowing trash cans. Finally, the food! Food wasdelicious. Again, the waitress didn't know what was what. I ordered 15 wings with 3 different sauces to try and they all cameout on the same platter (literally a metal baking sheet - BWW saving money on those paper boats/baskets). The 3 flavors weretouching each other, possibly tainting the taste, and unlabeled! That's right! I ordered the BLAZIN CAROLINA REAPER, JamminJalepeno, and Medium - so I had wings all over the flavor and heat spectrums... WHY WOULDN'T YOU LABEL THEM!? Bill was $120 (wehad a couple of cocktails), left a 15% tip even though I was not happy with my experience...family of four fed for $138. I thinkI'll reserve my next visit to a different location, and definitely only for special occasions. Read more
Beer was good, it ended there. Service was terrible. Waitress passed twice the entire meal, order was not correct, and when it... finally did come out, and wings were pitifully sauced. If your looking to stop in for a beer, you will be ok. Anything else Iwould advise looking elsewhere. Read more
Asian zing flavored wings were really good. Great flavor and very meaty. Server did a good job just not very personal. It's not... too hard to look at people in the eye when you're speaking to them. Read more
