I'd like to add my own terrible review of this particular Casey's to the already long list of them. This Casey's is constantly... out of product, and constantly takes forever to fulfill orders on the rare occasion that they can actually even make it happen.It's the closest one to us, and we have to avoid it every time and go to ones farther away. Desperate need of new management, orjust giving up the ghost and closing, to prevent giving a bad name to all the other (good) Casey's in town. Read more
If I could give the 0 Stars I would! The lady making sandwiches was extremely rude ! The lady screamed at me when I asked for... Italian Herb and cheese and they didn't have it... She yelled it's posted right here white wheat or Flatbread Only! I willnever come back to this store again let's store again! Read more
If I could give this Casey?s less than 1 star I would. They are the closest Casey?s to our house and my son loves going there... for breakfast. It?s only been a pleasant experience occasionally. My wife also enjoys going there but there is often no hot foodfor purchase in the warmers or doughnuts in the case. I would change my review if the service improved, but sadly over the last6 months it has if anything gotten worse. I grew up in a small town and I am a life long Casey?s customer. These days I driveacross town to other Casey?s locations for my fuel, etc. it?s inconvenient but it seems worth it since half the time we drive toanother location anyway just to get a doughnut. I ordered a breakfast pizza online for pickup at 7:30 AM. I get the the store at approximately 7:40 AM and they had given my... pizza to another customer by mistake. They didn?t check her name nor order number when she came to pick up her order, and inturn and gave her my pizza. They had to re-make my pizza, which then made me late for work. Terrible. Read more
Quick in and out gas stop. Good donuts and breakfast sandwiches. Plenty of snack and soda options. Conveniently located right... off Airport Road. They do take phone orders, but no delivery. Casey's does have a rewards program. Read more
Second time I have waited over an hour for my order. This time I called and they said it will be an additional 30 at least... because they haven't even started it. Disappointed Casey?s has always been my favorite pizza but this one has poor staffing orsomething. Not impressed. Just recommend not preselecting good a tip amount. Read more
I had called to order a pizza this morning, but when i got there an hour later, they were running behind. It is Boss's week and... they had many orders to work on. They gave me my pizza for free because I had a bit of a wait. The staff here are alwaysfriendly and courteous. I just wanted to thank everyone there. Read more
Lazy kitchen staff, although everyone else was very polite. After getting in to the pizza, I also found hair. 0 stars!!
