Terrible. They don't answer the phone. They put signs up "Close for 30 min", but are closed much longer. The one person in the... store ignores you. When they are open, the staff doesn't seem to care, except for the main pizza guy - he is great. Really needto clean house and hire better employees. They lost a lot of business in the 25 minutes that I waited this time - so many peoplethat came up to the door and left or wanted to prepay gas and couldn't. Read more

Most of the employees here are decent to deal with. The issue is you never know when this place is going to be opened or... closed. 7:45AM this morning and they had hand written closed signs on the doors. Same thing in the evenings most of the pastweek. Times vary 9pm 830pm ect. The shelves are also pretty bare at times, more than likely from lack of employees not lack ofproduct. This place is NOT open 24 hours. The staff here, currently, is in need of replacement. They closed the kitchen before 5 p.m. on... a Sunday. The next morning......thus location was not open a little after 5:30 a.m. I am (most likely WAS now) a huge Casey'sfan. This location (and the others in this area) have irreparably damaged my view of the Casey's chain. Lazy, rude, and/orincompetent employees all sem to be congregating in the Bloomington area Casey's stores. Avoid these stores. Read more
This location is being hit hard by the employee shortage, but they are trying their best to keep up! It's a real gem for the... Southwest side of Bloomington as it is our only source of gas and quick/convenient shopping. Keep up the good work!!! Still hasamazing pizza! Read more
By far the worst Casey's I have ever seen. Between regularly being closed, not making pizza past 5pm, and consistent and... widespread stocking shortages I can't figure out how this place is surviving. Read more
