1) don't bother ordering on the app and picking up. It will always just be faster to walk in and order. 10 minutes past my... estimated pickup and it's still not ready and there's no one here. 2) don't expect anyone to communicate or help you if you goin. I asked if they had more Pibb and the girl "went to check" as I waited...well she never changed it and never told me if theyhad more or not. She just started wiping down tables like 5 minutes later although I was waiting for a response. 3) you willget ripped off and shorted especially if you're ordering takeout or delivery. DoorDash and Chipotle are notorious, for us atleast, to deliver the wrong food or claim they delivered food but nothing arrived....and all you get is a refund andhunger. What the heck is going on with the spice level! I could barley eat my food without crying! I have been ordering the same... chipotle bowl for 10 years and I couldn?t even eat it. I have something called a geographic tongue so I can?t eat spicy foodwithout severe swelling and pain. I didn?t get anything that should be spicy or that I haven?t had before. Literally got rice,beans, cheese, guac, sour cream, and lettuce. How do Not only is my tongue in pain but the food is just not sitting right. Othermembers of my family have had a similar experience. The place was filthy. Not a clean table to be had. The staff were super annoyed by me ordering food. I suppose I was... interrupting whatever they were doing on their phones. Sub par food as well. I love Chipolte and thankfully, they usually arenot like this place. Read more

Went at 8 pm? to get a sour cream salad. She put so much sour cream on this that it was inedible. All of the meat was at the... bottom of the bin. Looked pretty dry and gross, and tasted that way, too! Food area was a mess. Management needs to get thisnasty location together Read more

I loved this place. The food is so good, you get a large portion, and for a reasonable price. We were on a road trip, just... passing through, and decided to stop here. It was a good decision. The workers were friendly and helpful and I would definitelygo here again. Read more
