We came to Denny?s for late lunch/early dinner on Thanksgiving day. There was not a lot of options but we glad that they are... open. We had the turkey dinner and it was good turkey. Did not get what I ordered. I ordered a medium well I got medium rare. Barely any potatoes. That wasn't seasoned like I... ordered. The pancakes looked and tasted sloppy. Not syrup unless I asked. No eating utensils. I got the T-bone steak addedextra to order of course I didn't mind paying the extra but I definitely did not get what I paid for. The plate was 24 plusdollars alone. Also ordered a sandwich that was supposed to have came with bacon, egg etc. But no bacon. Sorry forgot the nameof my fiance food but definitely didn't get what I paid for that was 14 plus dollars. As well as chicken and fries were finethat was 10 plus dollars and 2 drinks. 1 coke was going flat, and lemonade tea that was watered completely down. My worstexperience I spent 66 plus dollars around 4am they was not busy only 1 or 2 people seated to eat and the front desk guy was veryweird took forever to approach me as well as to give me my food I would understand somewhat if they were beyond busy but theywere completely slow. I think the waitress forgot I was in the corner. Forgot to come back to take my order. The food was barely warm when it finally... came, and partly wrong. I ordered the triple double slam. I wanted the bacon not super crispy, 2 slices. They brought out 1super duper crispy and a sausage link. They did bring out more bacon when I mentioned it,but, again very crispy. They were outof sugar free syrup but did offer regular syrup in a bottle that was clogged up and barely coming out. She offered more water,then forgot and went to take other orders. The bathroom was horrific. It had not been cleaned in awhile. I will post some verygross photos. Both toilets had red human DNA, dried at the front of both toilets. My husband and I came in for a late breakfast, ordered food and everything was going good until the eggs showed up and they were... runny and still very much not cooked. Let the front house manager know and she said that's how over easy eggs are cooked and thetone of voice was essentially calling us stupid and didn't know how to cook eggs. She was very condescending when talking to thecooks to remake the eggs. We use to come here all the time, maybe some effective communications class would help the staff. Read more
This is how my food arrived to me. If a company is ok with for any reason delivering food that look like this. I can only... imagine how little care they take to cook prepare and clean. This is disgusting and sad. I?m not rich in this economy it?simportant for company?s to understand sometime eatting out is a luxury. Absolute, worst waitress, she was just oblivious to any of our needs for breakfast/lunch, and we weren't alone with her compete... ignorance of needing to bring refills to as well as butter(I know, why would he want butter, what a needy consumer, butter, forpancakes, wow) so pictures explained= cold toast, no butter, pancakes= no butter as well as barely 2 strawberries and a 1/3 of abanana on my banana strawberry pancakes, emphasis on the name. Please check the meat before you taste it. I got raw meat yesterday. Horrible experience yesterday(10/20/2021). We ordered... veggie omelette with chicken, crazy, spicy sizzling skillet without sausage, chicken addiction bowl and chicken tenders. We hadto wait for more than an hour to get our food and waitress did not even show up to say what?s going on. After one hour, we gotsizzling skillet but with sausage, chicken addiction bowl with raw chicken meat and omelette without chicken. Waitressapologized and we asked how much time it will take for them to prepare food again. Waitress told she will check and let us know.We waited 15 minutes and she did not come back. When asked about food, she asked for my mobile number so that she will call meonce the food is ready. We were at restaurant around 11.40PM and left the restaurant at 1.15PM. Pathetic service. Managerreplied in the review but when i called, there was no regret for the inconvenience they have caused instead they told me thatits ok because i have not paid for the food. Brought my adult daughter here this morning for breakfast. Two kind and attentive waitresses gave us excellent service. Food was... good other than my sausage gravy and biscuits were lukewarm. Not sure how that happens but when I asked the manager to heat itup, he offered to make me new ones. I told him "please don't just warm them up a little", which he did. I appreciate himoffering though! That is good service. The meal was good and overall our experience was great. Had not been here for years butfor sure we will come back. The place seems a bit worn down but we just appreciate having somewhere to eat in once in awhileduring these tough times. Read more
