They need to hire more people. Had to cancel my order. They had only 1 driver... on a FRIDAY NIGHT!!! Received the call that... they were backed up.... after almost an hour after I ordered. Was told it would be ANOTHER hour after that. This is rhec2nd timethis has happened in less than 2 months. Find a different pizza joint. Read more
Daytime manager Amanda is rude. Would not honor coupon I have and the fine print says and I quote" Legal Stuff: *Good for any... menu-priced Domino?s online order. Carryout or Delivery. " I tried to use the code online and it wouldn't work so when I went topickup the food she scoffed and acted like I was a problem. Ordered a large all-pepperoni pizza for delivery from the Domino's on Oakland Avenue in Bloomington Illinois. Opened the box to... find about a third of it (see photo) was plain cheese, no pepperoni topping .... and that they cut it so off-center that I hadto cut three of the pieces with my own kitchen scissors just so that my children could hold the slices. Oh and part of it wasburned. I've never seen anything like this. When I called the store the manager got weirdly angry, started shouting, and thenhung up. Driver cancelled my order upon arrival?! Called the store and their only explanation was ?she brought the pizza back and said... something about there not being enough drivers?. If this is true then why cancel my order when you are about to arrive? Lol.Didn?t refund my tip either. Someone else had our order and drove off with it. They then came back 5 min later and the worker turned around and gave it to... me. Pretty sure that?s against code :/ Also, I ordered Brooklyn crust and it was Hand-tossed. The crust issue has happened thepast 2 times I?ve ordered at this location. Read more
I'm torn between a great review and a really bad one, the few times I have picked up my order on the way home from work it has... been very good. The first time I got it delivered they called and said they had to many 7:30pm orders so mine would be late. ( Ipre ordered at 2:30 in the afternoon). I'm pretty sure mine should have taken priority, but I said ok and it arrived only 15 minpast my scheduled time which I was ok with. This delivery of my free pizza through points and my paid for stuffed cheese breadyesterday was absolutely horrible. Where to start, pizza was absolutely the worst I have ever had at this location, I know itwas free but I earned it after buying so much food. Toppings were far and few between , it was under cooked as was the stuffedcheese bread. You could see the cheese inside the bread was all separated between blends and raw. Also did not receive my saucecup to make the raw cheese bread palatable . And now we get to delivery, not sure if the driver was new or what happened but Ilive 5 minutes from the store and my order was 38 minutes late. It hurt me to not tip as well as I normally do, I understandthat drivers rely on tips but this was not worthy of more than $2. My order was just over $11, I was going to tip a $20 billbefore my order showed up extremely late. If I ever trust this store to deliver my food again and get the same driver and itshows up on time ( a miracle I know) I will definitely compensate the driver .
