The only reason for 1 star is so I can say how unprofessional they are. I ordered on line at 5:42 pm. I gave them benefit of... doubt at 1st, being Sunday with football and all. Then at 7:15 I called and asked where is my pizza? I'm at the motel half amile from them. He said they waiting on a delivery driver to get back. Half an hour later I called and asked where is my pizza?The girl hung up on me, I called again, talking to another guy, he hung up on me, I called back immediately, and then he wantsto argue with me about my attitude, so I politely told him to stick the pizza where the sun doesn't shine. In the meantime, I'mgetting texts from Dominos saying that the delivery driver has left with my pizza, a half mile away, and 15 minutes lateranother text saying he is in the neighborhood! They were very nice to me the manager named Nathan called me personally to apologize and let me know that they were understaffed... (I totally get it!) and that my order was going to be delivered late, he refunded me on the mobile app. Thank you for just beingpersonable and having good costomer service Domino's. Awesome job! We had to do pickup because all the drivers called in. When I placed my order online I was told it would be ready between 7:39... and 7:49 but only after 5 attempts to get the online device to take. I received no text message updates until 8:06 telling memy pizza was in the oven. I had already been at the store for 20 minutes. The 2 guys in the store were working hard but clearlyoverwhelmed. When I got home the pizza wasn't cut. It had very little sauce on it. At least the garlic knots were good. Thisis a fairly new store. Hopefully they work the kinks out soon. Read more

Order showed that it was in prep for over an hour. Called the store and waited over 25 minutes to figure out what was happening... with my order. Finally just sent my husband to the store to cancel since no one would take me off hold. I understand that theymay be short staffed but you don?t just leave people hanging with no explanation. Would rate 0 stars if possible. Ordered 20 pizzas 3 days in advance to feed a large office group which was to be delivered for... a 11:30 a.m. luncheon. We contacted Domino's on Market shortly after 12:00 p.m. to find out why we still had 65 people waitingfor their lunch and were told that our order had been voided and there was no delivery driver. No one had contacted usindicating there were any issues or gave us an option to pick up or had any explanation for why our order was voided and nosolution to the staffing/delivery issue so we had NO lunch coming. This is completely unacceptable. If they cannot take careof their customers then they need to process their orders through one of their other locations who can. We had to quickly callanother pizza place (hooray for Marcos) and served lunch to our employees 2 hours late. We have tried to use this business onmultiple occasions since they opened, but they just can't seem to get their act together. Read more

I?m so glad we finally got a Domino?s over here! They?ve been fantastic, and everything is always so good! Just this last order,... I hit deliver asap but meant to schedule it for later. So I called and explained that I messed up, and they were superunderstanding and got it changed! It?s our favorite pizza spot! Read more

By far the worst Domino's I've ever experienced. When they get too busy to handle it (which seems often), they randomly cancel... deliveries, and just mark them delivered. I've had to wait 6+ hours once, not even joking. Took 5 calls to finally get them toactually deliver the thing, no refund. Pizza is almost always undercooked (for pans), I think they opened this location toimprove service on this side of town, but it had the opposite effect. I wish they would let me order delivery from a differentlocation, but I can't, so I won't order at all. Went from a loyal 20+ years Domino's customer to despising them based off of myexperiences with this horror show of a franchise. Avoid them like the plague. Read more

One of the three pizzas we ordered was burnt, one has no cheese, and one is burnt and literally missing its sauce. How in the... world does something like this happen? I understand that food service is hectic, but forgetting the cheese and sauce on pizza isalmost hilarious. Read more
